It went well. My only complaint is that he would not honor the 10% coupon that appears on his page here (it's still there). He said it was a mistake and he would have to take it down. I didn't tell him I was an Angie's list member till he gave me a verbal price. Otherwise, they did a good job promptly. Of course, there were "additional costs" due to conditions discovered after work had begun, but I guess that is to be expected.

Prompt to start and worked hard to complete job timely. Only delays were weather related and waiting county inspections. Very pleased with final result. Price was the best quote we received and no adjustments were requested.

After having a really bad experience with another roofing company my husband and I were a bit hesitant about hiring another company. But it was one of those things that we just had to do. Someone told us about this company and my husband called Mario. Mario met us at our house within a half hour. Examined the roof, found that we had 5 leaks in one section and then gave us a good price to repair the leaks. He was here when he said he would be here. His price was what he said it would be. He gave us a 2 year guarantee. And he left the job sight spotless. If anyone is looking for a roofer, this is the company to use.

Mario was great. I called on Saturday and he came over the same day to inspect the roof and provide an estimate for the cost of repair. He quickly recognized the extent of the problem and what was required to fix it. His price was extremely reasonable and he and his crew fixed the problem on Monday. He also provided a two warranty on the repair. Some local roofers are only guaranteeing their repairs for one year.

Mario is very personable, knowledgeable, and honest. When he had to change the roofing shingles, he refunded me the difference. He obtained all the necessary permits and even paid for the changes of the permits. They only do one project at a time. I was pleased with their work.

Great experience from the original quote to the end of the project! Mario was very professional and trustworthy, and also had the most competitive pricing from all the roofers we had give us quotes. He provided us a quote on the spot after inspecting our roof for the scope of the job, and followed up with us a week later to see if we have any additional questions. Once we notified him that we had selected his company to do the job, he started the project within a few days, and once they started on the roof I had completely new roof finished 3 days later. All inspections we're passed with no problems. Wonderful experience, would definitely use them again!

We called Mario to do the roof repairs. He was able to fit us in quickly. He took the shingles off, put down new tar-paper, and used adhesive to secure the new shingles. He has a 2 year guarantee on his work. He was prompt and it seems like he really did the job right.
