Massey Services Pest & Termite

The inspector arrived at the agreed upon time after we paid the annual fee. We have had this service for over 20 years. Inspector Jorge, identified evidence of termite activity stating pellets found in three areas of house and damage in two areas. He agreed to test samples and get back to us within a few days with an analysis report and treatment plan. WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM or THEM AGAIN. So we call other companies to find out if we really had a problem. Three other termite firms did not agree with Massey findings. The only termite activity they identified was in the area that Massey treated in the previous year--not successfully it appears. The $ 157 fee had been paid since 1995 to Massey or to the firms they bought out over the years, so total of aprox spent. $3450. After letters and calls of complaint, Massey decided to tent the house at their expense so we have changed our rating from Bad to Fair. We have kept the annual drywood termite contract. Massey in West Palm Beach has redeemed themselves for which we are grateful .
