+ -1 moreWhen I called to see if I could get a credit for this the operator said I could not. I asked to speak to their customer service person and they said they would not help me. I asked for a street address and they would not give this to me, nor a PO box.
Description of Work: I purchased a Magic Jack phone device. I never used it because I would have to change my home phone number.

+ -1 moreSometimes the connection is very fuzzy or sometimes there’s an echo and the line is not clear. They provide everything that other companies do but at a lower price. I have never had the need to call them. They are very responsive; if I email them they will get right back to me. I would continue to use them in the future if I needed to.
Description of Work: I use Magic Jack for my phone connection.
