The owner of the company, Sylvia, met us to explain her services. We were impressed and hired her company to work the next day. No one arrived at the appointed time. We thought perhaps that we misunderstood when her team would begin working. We called her company and left a message and was promised that Sylvia would return our call. Several days past and we called again. There was no answer. The next day we called again and there was no answer. Finally, six days after our initial meeting a text was sent to Sylvia. That was not answered either. A message was left on her phone advising her that we did no require here services. There was no response.

Luxury Maids, in my experience, are fantastic. My 2/2 condo was completely re-tiled and was so dusty that the AC filter had to be changed every other day. Almost never thought it would be livable again. Yahima and Odalys transformed my place in the 4 hour advertised price on Angie's List. I chose an extra 1/12 hours at an extra, but very fair, price. They seemed to be tireless and conscientious in their work. After further work, I plan to ask them to help me again. Call Graciela as she is very knowledgeable about cleaning needs especially after any kind of renovation. Luxury Maids exceeded my expectations.

We got her from Angie's List. She's very good.

Two ladies arrived exactly on time, with all their own cleaning equipment. I explained my needs. (I am recovering from back surgery and am not able to keep up with the cleaning, therefore dust and disorder had really taken over!) No problem. They attacked all dirt as though they themselves lived here- sparkling bathtubs, sinks, toilets, all back to brand new; floors vacuumed or mopped, furniture dusted, vacuumed and/or polished, as needed; beds made(Estrella helped me make mine); laundry collected; refrigerator cleaned, what more could I ask. They even made friends with my Chihuahua! They ran overtime and will return next week. I will probably try to continue their service on a regular schedule. .

It was fabulous! We loved them! Very professional! Everything was very clean.

Showed up on time and did a really fantastic job deep cleaning my place, which was in really sad shape. They even cleaned the tracks in the bifold doors so they finally close properly! Price was definitely a good bargain in my opinion. Now I can afford quality service on a recurring basis!

I use them on an every other week basis to clean my house. They arrive on time, the same women come, clean throughly and my house is done well. I have no complaints. I plan on continuing this service for the foreseeable future.

We were impressed with how thorough the two maids were as they went about their work. They cleaned the obvious ways but also washed baseboards, railings and even pulled out the couches and swept under the rug. They even arranged my kids toys.

Two women were assigned to my home for two hours of cleaning (a total of four hours). They arrived promptly, were very polite and cooperative. Further, they worked non-stop without chatting or making phone calls (a pet peeve of mine). In my opinion, they did the best they could in two hours. Dusting wasn't as thorough as I would do, but to be fair, they couldn't have done more in the time allotted. One piece of advice: assess your needs before the appointment and be very specific with Graciela so that she can communicate this to her employees. It was a problem to communicate effectively with at least one of the two here because I could not speak Spanish.

Two ladies came, brought their own equipment and were ready to get to work. I showed them around, what I wanted done and the immediately got on task. About 1/2 or 2/3 of the way through a third woman showed up who was a supervisor. She comes simply to inspect all of the work being done and to make sure its a good job and you are happy with their service- that made a big difference to me. I was cautious about using an unknown cleaning service as I am picky about what I consider to be "clean" but they met expectations and I would recommend them and use them again.

They were great! They sent two very nice ladies to clean my house for 4 hours. They arrived about 15 minutes late but worked up until the 4 hour minute. I had relatives staying at the house for a while plus three dogs and the house had gotten very dirty. They were very professional & did a wonderful job. I never thought my house could be so clean! I am very happy with their work and will definitely hire them again.

When I told them what I wanted done they said they could not do it all unless I paid more money. When I said no more money they did a very sloppy job - washing the floors with a mop so wet they splashed up the walls and baseboard and the floors were still wet after they were gone an hour. The attitude of one girl was very resentful - we all have our bad days - but really??!!?? This was the first time I tried this company (and last time) and have now gone back to my usual provider and am beyond happy with them. I only tried them because I was having unexpected company and my usual company was not available that day.

It was very easy to schedule the deal and they were very responsive. They seemed very professional. I have not yet been out to the house to see how they did but I trust they did a fine job. Someone else has seen the work and I have not heard any complaints.

AWESOME. Would hire them again. What was super convenient was the late night hours the office was open, I was able to speak to the women after 5pm and they were super nice taking the time to explain in detail everything they were going to do. This is the third time I have had them and the team is always punctual and friendly. They are a trustworthy team that I felt comfortable leaving them on their own in my house last time they were here. I have booked them every two weeks for the rest of the time I am in Florida. I look forward to using Luxury Maids again next year! Update: January 2016. I returned and called luxury maids to have them come and clean my house. Gabriela answered the phone. I explained I was a returning customer and was looking to book a clean. She said she was in the middle of a meeting and would call me right back. I offered to give my number and she said she had it from the call display. I never got the return phone call from her. I was able to find another cleaning company on Angie's list for $60 less than what I paid last year. I am very happy with the price and the service of the new company.

I would highly recommend. They sent two girls out. They were punctual, on time, professional, friendly, and very pleasant. They did a thorough job cleaning my home.

I was not impressed. I saw all of the "excellent" reviews that Luxury Maids received here on Angie's List and was expecting excellent service. The team of two girls arrived on time, were extremely nice and worked hard, but quality was lacking. I've had a housekeeper for this house for 8 years; I've also cleaned the house myself when necessary. I know how long it takes to clean the house to my satisfaction (I am picky). It takes 8 hours for one person to clean the house, strip and remake the beds, and wash the towels, sheets and clothing. The 2 girls were here for 4 hours which translates to, if labor is properly divided, 8 hours for a single person. They cleaned the house, did not have to strip and remake the beds, and did no laundry (I didn't ask them to). The cleaning was competent, but nothing special, particularly when one considers that Luxury Maids charges much higher than average. The girls did not even shake off the tablecloth on the kitchen table, did not dust or polish the family room furniture, did not vacuum the chairs in the family room (can you say, "visible crumbs"?), did not vacuum the futon in the office/bedroom (visible dog hair and dust), did not vacuum the sliding door tracks in 3 rooms, one of the master bath sinks was not cleaned properly, and things of that nature. I was also misled as to the price. You may notice that Luxury Maids advertises several coupon deals here on Angie's List. The coupons all say that you will get X amount of "labor hours" for a specific price. When I contacted Graciela about scheduling service, I specifically mentioned the coupon for 6 hours for $180.00 and asked her how many people she sends, and I also asked about her regular rates. Graciela responded that she sends a team of 2, and that the regular rates were $60 per hour for a team of 2. So, I booked the service and specifically confirmed in writing that she would be sending a team of 2 girls for 6 hours for $180.00. As it turns out, the coupon is not a coupon at all! Six "labor hours" for 2 girls ACTUALLY means 3 hours according to Graciela -- an interpretation I discovered when Graciela called after the girls had been here for 3 hours, and she said they would need another hour to finish. In other words -- the "coupon" deals you see are her regular rates; you are NOT getting a discount or a deal. To be fair, Graciela did only charge me $180.00 for the 4 hours that the girls were here, but that was probably because I pitched a fit. All in all, I was vey disappointed. In summary, when I want mediocrity, I'm not going to pay $60 an hour for it. UPDATE: Much of what I posted here was conveyed to Graciela via messaging; she has graciously offered to have the girls come back for the 2 additional hours ("4 labor hours") I was expecting, without additional charge. I'm probably going to take her up on it, because so much was not done. So, if you let her know that you are not happy with the service, Graciela will try to make it right, which is something not many companies do. Because of her response, I changed my "professionalism" grade from a "B" to an "A".

Nothing out of the ordinary, except unusually quick and thoughtful.

Two ladies arrived on time and cleaned from top to bottom. They got right to work with very little direction. The baseboards and ceiling fans as well as all appliances were cleaned and shining.

I like them. Two people come at one time they work two hours.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism that Luxury Maids offers. I have very severe breathing problems and medical issues, and I need my home to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in specific ways. From the first time I spoke with Graciela and her sister Susie, I was very impressed with how knowledgable and accommodating they were. They have a lot of experience and understand how to properly clean and disinfect every room in the home, and even know which cleaning products and tools work the best for various jobs. I could tell during my free home consultation with Susie that they were not your average cleaning service that would just surface clean things and rush in and out. They took the time to become familiar with my medical issues and discussed every concern I had. I emailed them a two page list outlining how I would like things to be done and the cleaning supervisor Vi took the time to translate the entire thing into Spanish for the girls that would be coming into the home. Vi even came herself and cleaned with them the first three visits to ensure that everything was done properly. During the last visit the girls were on their own and we had a little hiccup with how some of the things were cleaned, but Graciela and Vi immediately rectified the situation. The girls just left and the house looks great. I am confident that they fully understand the way everything needs to be done and that they are the right cleaning service for us. I would highly recommend them, especially to people with asthma, allergies or other conditions. Everyone is very friendly and understanding and willing to put in extra time and effort to get the results the client desires. I am sure you will not be disappointed if you choose Luxury Maids as your cleaning service!
