The management was great, they were an A. It as the one particular lady that came to clean was not a good employee for them. The lady that also worked with her was not fabulous. One employee cut corners cleaning and was very slow. The management was very responsive and they were apologetic. I might give them another try but I might be inclined not to.

I have had Luxury Maids working on my house for over three years and they never fail to please me. They have always done an excellent job, work without complaining about my two messy teenagers and two small dogs. Nearly every time they are here a supervisor comes by to check on the work and to make sure we are fully satisfied. Great people to work with!

The complete experience was awesome! Scheduling the visit was a breeze and the customer service was excellent in making sure coordinated the work and focused on any problem areas for extra attention. They fit in to our schedule perfectly. Team 2 arrived promptly as scheduled and walked through the property to ensure they understood the work to be done. They spent 4 hours in a vacant home and did not miss a spot; Doors, shelves, crown molding, appliances, blinds, etc. Could not be more pleased with their hard work and professionalism. We will definitely have them back and refer Luxury Maids to anyone requiring timely and professional service.

The best and most professional housekeepers I have ever had. I would recommend th em at the drop of a hat. They've always gone above and beyond the Call of Duty. I've had 3 different sets of girls come in to clean my home. They have always been very thorough. After its cleaning the manager has called how to verify that I am pleased with the service. I'm always Beyond pleased. Every time I have called the office my calls have been promptly answered or immediately returned.

This is the 2nd time I hired Luxury Maids. The 2 ladies were prompt, pleasant, listened to my needs, communicated well. They worked efficiently (plus no excessive chatting or taking personal phone calls) and thoroughly. I like that they asked me to look over areas that were just cleaned as they continued to work in other areas in case there was something more they could do in that section, rather than wait until the end to review it all. I asked them for few cleaning tips on certain appliances and they were happy to share. When it was clear a little more time was needed to finish the work I wanted to have done, they called the supervisor who asked me whether or not it would be alright for them to stay an extra 1/2 hr, which I approved. Others might have just gone past allotted time then charged me without even asking. Also, the coordinating office staff was very accommodating, even when I had to changes plans on short notice. I have already recommended them to several people, all who also have been pleased with the quality of their services.

Our second visit from Team 3 and we could not be happier. Because of the outstanding job done two months ago, we requested the same crew and very happy our request was accommodated. This crew works non-stop from arrival to departure and in a very efficient, orderly manner. They are quiet, efficient and thorough. I was working from home today so it was important to me that there was no interference and I didn't have to worry about it at all. Before leaving, they asked us to walk through the house with us to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Our house is very clean and we can tell the difference from before to after. We find this service to be valuable as our house is cleaner than we can get it and the rate is very affordable. Add in that the crew members are polite, courteous and respectful of our home and it is a Winner!

The team of two was very thorough, paying great attention to detail and making the home feel very clean. Service provided exceeded expectations and I have engaged them on a regular basis for housecleaning duties. Would highly recommend.

l love using this service--I work two jobs so having my home professionally cleaned is definitely a luxury. They do an amazing job at making my house sparkle--and they were on time (even a couple of minutes early) and other than the clean house (my husband's shower has never been cleaner), no sign at all they were here.

fabulous! I called the day before to book and luckily they were available. 2 women came with all the equipment and after 2 hours my house was cleaner than clean. I didn't want to even touch anything because it was so perfect! They were punctual to the minute and left the house shining. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them!

I have struggled for two years to find someone to clean our condo. Two companies did a terrible job. Three others didn't even bother to return my phone call. I called Luxury Maids this morning after joining Angie's List. They were the first housekeeping company that popped up on my search. Graciela answered, asked a few questions and wanted to know when I wanted service. I would have settled for anytime this month. She said she had a team that could come over in about three hours. I almost fainted from surprise. Estrella and Idalmes arrives on time and they were SO sweet. They did an amazing job. They asked me to check each room to make sure I was satisfied since this was their first visit. My condo hasn't been this clean since I bought it. This is the best thing that has happened to us in Palm Beach in two plus years! I am now a regular customer. I love Graciela, love Estrella and Idalmes and love Angie's List. This was the first time I've used Angie's List. Won't be my last.

The 2 women arrived early and waited in the driveway until 2 minutes before the appointed time. They came in and asked me what my priorities were for the house. They diligently worked to clean all the hard water spots off the master bath glass and granite. They then cleaned the kitchen and living room thoroughly at which point I added an extra hour for them to be able to complete the great job that they began. They were incredibly professional. I will definitely use them again and I would recommend them for anyone looking for a great job.

I didn’t particularly like their service and I thought they didn’t do a thorough job. They couldn’t converse and for the money it was not really worth it and I wasn’t real impress. I wouldn’t recommend them because it was not a good experience. They could have done what I asked them to and the communication was not effective.

We have used this company for several years. They are excellent, pleasant, hard working. I have had MANY cleaning services in the past, and this one is the one I will keep. They do not spend time on the phone, and they are careful not to break antiques. We ask them to come about once a month, and since we do not use AC much, the house gets dirty. For a normal 2 hour job they clean all of the rooms very well. We had a very dirty outdoor overhead fan on the patio, and cleaning that involved moving furniture, so we decided to have them come an extra time, and we are glad we did.

They did a wonderful job. I would definitely hire them again.

The team arrived at 8 a.m. cleaned for 2 hours put sheeets and pillow cases on the bed I did not expect that. Our home had not been deep cleaned recently due to my wife's back injury. Overall they did a great job.

2 ladies spend about 8 hours cleaning the house from top to bottom. Did a great job, even moved some furniture to clean underneath, cleaned the ceiling fans, and all windows. No dust, dead ants, smudges, or dirty window/door tracks. Swept the garage too.
