When we first arrived, The Mrs. was there to greet us and I immediately received a call from my team that she was under the impression that there would be one person for four hours, she was not expecting two maids. I explained to her that it was 2 people for 2 hours (this is clear in the ad). She said if that was the case, her husband would have never bought the deal. She told me to do what we could in the time that he had purchased, because her husband would not agree to more (he was not there when we arrived). We would have needed the majority of the day to get some real headway in the home. When I spoke to the homeowner, she stated that in the past she had had a team as large as four to six in her home! We did what we could in a very efficient manner, and left. We followed up the next day to see how things had gone with the service. He screamed at me over the phone, repeated many times how angry he was and threatened to leave a negative review "and let everyone know" about his terrible experience - unless I refunded his money. This was an unfortunate situation and we regret that it did not go smoothly for anyone involved.
