Everything went fabulous. They are a triple A company and they are wonderful ladies. I really felt like they were family. I never had to tell them to do anything. They are very hard working and professional. I will defiantly use this company again. I really admire this company a lot.

Silvia came several days prior for a consultation and to see my house. She was very gracious and reassuring as I was in a panic over entertaining my family for Thanksgiving. Graciela was coordinating the events and was always very punctual in her responses. I was at work when the service occurred and when I returned home, my house was gorgeous! Owner very friendly and professional during initial interview. Ladies who preform weekly cleanings are pleasant, hardworking, trustworthy and thorough. Owners are prompt getting back with any questions I might have. Great experience.

Silvia arrived promptly at our house to give us an estimate which was between $360. to $500. It was more money than the other companies estimated to clean our house, but we were looking for quality services and decided to take a chance on her company. She was very friendly, kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. Graciela, Silvia's sister, is also friendly, professional, and a delight to work with on the phone. I spoke with her to coordinate the date, time, and details of the cleaning. Two uniformed and professional ladies came to clean our house prior to moving in. They were friendly and lovely to interact with on the day of the cleaning. We were thrilled with their attention to detail and the quality of their cleaning.They went out of their way to remove the pet hair from the previous owners which we requested due to a family member with allergies to dogs. We will definitely have them clean our house again. It was an extremely positive experience working with all of the staff at Luxury Maids, and we highly recommend using their services.

I was so pleased with them. They charge $30 an hour. They did an excellent job and I had used them before two or three times. They worked well without direction and they cleaned very well. The price was reasonable.

I started with Luxury Maids several months ago with a major top-to-bottom catch-up cleaning. I have since retained them as my bi-monthly house cleaning service. The business owner and the team that cleans my home are fabulous and always willing to tackle any project with a smile. They do a wonderful job each and every visit, especially meaningful, since they are working around the construction workers who are renovating my home one room at a time.

Great. They have been cleaning for seasonal tennants since Jan. 1. Sylvia reports on the condition of the house after every visit.

The team worked very, very hard over two days. The result was a gleaming house that smelled wonderfully clean! In addition to the usual housecleaning tasks, they also scrubbed (not just dusted) walls and baseboards, cleaned large multiple shelves packed with books, cleaned (not just dusted) all of our many louvered closet doors, and much, much more - wow! They are very hard workers with great attitudes, polite and very professional! Fabulous job, and yes, they will definitely be coming back soon for cleaning on a regular schedule.

It has been very satisfactory. I like the owner of the company, and I like the people who worked for me. I like pretty much everything about them including their orderliness and professionalism.

Excellent and thorough job. Was very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism. Could not have cleaned the house myself better. Cleaned everything and behind things, even moved some of the furniture (light) to get the floor behind it. Would highly recommend and use again.

A team of 2 girls cleaned my office and home. The owner, Silvia inspects the job and tells them where to clean. She also stops by why they are working and checks their work. The girls do an EXCELLENT job and my house and office are CLEAN. Siliva even organized my linen closet and folded my fitted sheets (which were a mess because I can't figure out how to fold them).

When they first came in, they did what they call a "clean sweep" They cleaned the fridge, ovens, closets and all major cleaning. I even watched them when they cleaned my bathroom and they scrubbed (let me tell you, I have seen other company's and they only spray and wipe). Now, every week all they do is come in and "up-keep" the house which is obviously less expensive than the first.
