Was able to send a team out the day after my call! Stacy and Cindy came and cleaned. Did a great job, worked hard, payed attention to detail. Neither spoke english, but were able to converse and convey questions between a tranlator on her phone and my limited spanish. If I need to have cleaning done again, I won't hesitate to call them again.

Arrived on time. Did a pretty good job cleaning as much of the house as the time scheduled which was 2 hours.

They are great! The cleaners do not speak english so you do have to speak to a third party to make sure the directions are carried out. Other than that, they do a good job.

Great experience! Norma and Cindy were on time, polite, professional and did an amazing job!!! Will use again in the future. when they left my home was spottless from Top to bottom.

The initial call to set up the cleaning went well. I spoke with Antoinette who was helpful and accommodating in terms of both pricing and schedule. However, the first problem was when the company called to reschedule the time. I called back and told them that the new time did not work (on a voicemail). They showed up at the new time anyway. They said they did not receive my voicemail, but in any event, they certainly never received confirmation from me that the new time was ok. They did come back at the regularly scheduled time (they showed up a little bit late but not too bad). However, they took an unreasonably long time to do a mediocre job. This was very frustrating since they charge by the hour rather than a flat fee, so the price was just sort of increasing without my having any control over it. At the time that they were supposed to be done with the whole house, they had only done three of the four upstairs rooms and nothing downstairs. They apparently complained to their boss that the kids' colored soap on the side of the bathtub (which wipes off with just water) had held them up. I found it very hard to communicate with them about what they were doing because of the language barrier. I had been told that they would inform me, when they got here, if they did not believe they could perform the work promised in the time period discussed. They most certainly did not do that. I called the company while the cleaning was going on to express concern and, to her credit, Sylvia came by to check out the situation. She blamed it on miscommunciation between the people I spoke with and the people doing the cleaning, and she charged me the quoted price. However, in the end, they left without even finishing up the job because- three and a half hours in- I had to go. Overall, I was not satisfied with this company and would not recommend them.

I expected a more detailed work done. Their price was not fair. My overall experience with them was not so good.

They were very good. The girls are very nice. They were excellent. I gave the girls $25 each, which I realized it, was bit too excessive. I will use them again. Price and quality was excellent. I got 10% off on the price. I thought they were excellent. I would use them in the future.

Half hour late, no phone call. Otherwise outstanding.

They come in every three or four months to deep clean the whole house. They are good, clean-cut people and they always show up on time. I am happy with their service and I will continue to use Luxury Maids.

This is the first time we have used them. We found them on Angie's List. They were very good. They seem to have some communication or administrative problems.

They charged me $60 per hour for their services. I would recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a housecleaning service. My house is big and they took two hours to do the job. I gave them enough time to do the job. Their price was okay. It was normal. My house is big and they cannot scratch out every dot. They did a good job. They came and worked, and they did intense work and were fast. Everything was excellent from my experience. They came in earlier than the scheduled time. They came in earlier than I was expecting them. They were very professional. I will use them again in the future.

Apart from the cleaning crew arriving at my home, rather than the agreed property, the service was excellent.

There had been construction at my home and a fine dust caused by sanding drywall compound was everywhere--under furniture, on walls, every place you can think of. The two ladies who were sent by Luxury Maids did the best, most thorough housecleaning I have ever had done. They got into every nook and cranny, they did the inside of all windows and the outside of the main windows (1 story home). Everything sparkles, all that fine dust is gone. As an example of how thorough they were, one of them even cleaned the old toothpaste off of outside of my electric toothbrush! As a first time customer, there was a 10% Angie's List discount on the first cleaning. The price I gave is the price after the discount was applied. The ladies arrived exactly at the designated time and both of them worked the entire time they were here. I have my house professionally cleaned a couple of times a year. Next time I need my house cleaned, I will be using Luxury Maids.

The lady who came out was nice and seemed very professional, but after she left she never called back with an estimate.

I normally clean my house myself. I was expecting guests from out of town and the house needed a one time cleaning. I was occupied with another project so I decided to call luxury maids. The two woman team worked for 2 hours and the house came out spotless. They were very thorough, on time, polite, and I felt I could trust them. They did a great job. I even hired them again later and requested the same team. I once had a cleaning person who charged more than they do and did nowhere near as good a job. I could also compare them to another person I know who has a house cleaner. There is no comparison. Choose luxury maids to get the job done right.

They did an excellent job and they were very thorough with the cleaning. They even cleaned the balcony and made it spotless. Staff is friendly and professional.

Fine. And Sylvia herself assists the crew for a couple of hours regularly. They get the job done!

I have used them only three different times, but they have been excellent. They are prompt and do everything they say they are going to do. It is a family-run business, and they do a lot of charity work as a company. When I first called, they came out within 24 hours and went through my whole house to give me a price. They were flexible. I would use them again in the future.

After contacting Luxury Maids through Angie's List, I received an immediate call back from the owner who scheduled an appointment within two days. She arrived at the scheduled time to look at the home and discuss in length my requirements for cleaning. She answered all my questions and stated that the office would get back to me with a recap of our discussion, copies on her insurance and bonding and the prices we discussed. The price was higher than I expected but within reason on a bi-monthly basis. The office did get back in a timely manner. Anytime I have called, they have always gotten back when they stated they would. We scheduled the first time housecleaning ($30 more than the bi-monthly charge). They were good at accommodating my schedule. Two ladies arrived on time today and completed the housecleaning in the timeframes we discussed. They did an excellent job.

Overall the service was extremely professional and I really liked that Silvia was willing to come and check on the progress of the work. I also love the idea that a portion of the invoice was donated to charity. Very nice company.

Everything went wonderfully. They have been extremely responsive and have done anything we asked. Overall, they quality of work is excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone and will continue to use this company in the future.
