I love them. They have been fine and have done everything that I have asked. Communication has been great. I think they do other services such as windows and other services as well. I have been very satisfied with them and have recommended them to neighbors as well.

Great! I typically do all of our house cleaning on my own and have very high standards when it comes to cleaning. So I was hesitant to hire a cleaning service (thinking I would have to re-clean). But I did not! Our team of two arrived 10 minutes early so they could unload their car and talk to us about our cleaning needs without taking time away from their two-hour cleaning window. They started right on time! They communicated well and were friendly to us and our dog. They spent an hour cleaning upstairs and an hour cleaning downstairs. We stayed upstairs while they were downstairs and vice versa. They asked us to check their work when they were done and let them know if they missed something or we wanted something redone. But they didn't need to redo anything! It was sparkling! The bathrooms were clean and our stainless steel appliances were sparkling, too. They mopped our floors with a clean mop (not a dingy one). We will be having them back!

We just relocated to the area and rented a single family home. I immediately got on Angie's List to search for a good, reputable cleaning service. Luxury Maids was the one I chose. At precisely 8am, as promised, Estrela and Diana Lara showed up. They were friendly and ready to work. We walked through the house so I could tell them what I needed done. There's no furniture in the house as of yet, making it easy to see corners, window sills, etc. Estrela and Diana listened closely and got to work. They worked for 5 hours straight, stopping only to ask me to check areas they completed to ensure that I was satisfied with the job they did. The kitchen in the house was particularly needy. I'm a bit anal about my kitchen. They cleaned the cabinets, inside and out, cleaned all the handles, the drawers inside and out, bleached out the white sink and white grout on the granite. I can now move in and immediately use everything knowing that its all clean and fresh. I'm going to continue using Estrela and Diana from Luxury Maids on a bi-weekly basis.

Punctual. Did everything I expected. Plus a whole lot more. Including doing things I never considered. And even though I told them not to worry about making the bed, that did it anyway. Wow. I'll certainly use them again. Great job Luxury Maids. Thanks.

The crew showed up on time and they were very nice and professional. They took care of the sliding glass doors across the entire back of the house. That was no small job. They also cleaned my floors which were so dirty and stained. When they left, my entire house was so clean and smelled so good. Please thank them again for me.You can be sure I will call for their assistance in the future..

Two ladies arrived on time and cleaned everything that wasn't moving. I was very pleased.

They are really good. I also use them at my mom’s place a month. They are just very thorough. The ladies who come are just as nice as they can be. One of the things that I really like about them is that they are really organized. I get a memo, email several days before they are coming to remind me the date. They are always following up. The owner of the company has come out just to see how they are doing. I can’t say enough of them. They are dependable and flexible. My husband and I travel a lot and I have to switch days but they are very good about working with me on that.

Luxury Maids has provided great service over the last 4 cleanings. I am very particular about how the home is cleaned and prepared for our next guest and they have done a great job. Graciela and Silvia are very customer focused and aim to please! I have been very happy with their service and would recommend them to everyone. The girls that clean are so friendly and very accommodating too!

They barged in and when I was showing them around one of them referred to me as bossy. They do not clean refrigerators.

The ladies from Luxury Maids were great. They worked extremely hard and efficiently, which was appreciated as they charge by the hour. They did a great job, better than I was expecting, cleaning the blinds, ceiling fans, stainless steel appliances, and cleaned and mopped every inch of the floors, which are all hardwood. Very impressive. We will be calling them again.

Can I say WOW, WOW, WOW! Besides the professionalism of Garciela, the two ladies that came to cleaned the house both days were absoluting amazing. I would consider myself a clean freak and am pretty demanding when it comes to my house. These ladies did a superb job. There was not one corner of the house that was not scrub and clean thoroughly. They showed up on time, were very courtious, and made sure I was happy with each room. They went through the house each day showing me what they cleaned and asked if I was happy with the job. I could not be more impressed. I usually will reclean after a cleaning service, but I did not have to touch one surface in the house...I just started unpacking. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS MOVE EXTREMEMLY EASY! I can not thank them enough. I will definitley use this company again and would not considered any other due to how wonderful the staff and owner is.

Luxury Maids sent two staff and they arrived exactly on time and worked hard without any breaks for 7 hours. The house was extremely dirty and dusty with dead insects, dirt, dust, stains in the closets - a real mess. I was very impressed with the two staff who worked really hard and cleaned the house from top to bottom to the point where I feel I can now bring in the dishes and start to live there. I am 100% satisfied with Luxury Maids and the work they did. The work was a bigger job than they expected, but instead of quitting after the planned 5 hours, the staff kept working and finished the 7 hour job with the kitchen - which was a real disaster. Now it is clean. Based on this job I would recommend Luxury Maids and I plan to bring them in again for a shorter job after some painting and perhaps on a regular basis for general cleaning. Happy customer. And - definitely worth the price - very reasonable.

They were on time and cleaned the house fairly well. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing according to their office/staff/billing.

The service was very good. They were on time and professional. On the positive side, they were able to have two different teams clean and made sure that the work was done properly. They also worked through the AC not being turned on, which I greatly appreciated. On the negative side, she brought somebody in to clean large picture windows, which she charged me for, without talking to me. She gave me a price adjustment for the pricing change. Also, when I called to discuss the job, she never returned my phone call. All-in-all, she is very honest, fair and good.

They do good work, but communication is hard because they don't speak English.

I called the company and asked for a move in ready clean. I asked for my house to be scrubbed down from top to bottom. The ladies were here for 4 1/2 hours. They cleaned everything. When they left, I left (we are staying at a hotel until the house was cleaned and furnished. 2 days later I come back and noticed one of my batherrooms wasn't done. I decided to inspect and noticed alot of missed spots. I called the company and told them what I saw. A day later, they came back to do a free hour. As soon as that hour was up, I asked them to leave (they were going to charge me after that one hour). I thought it was fine until my husband noticed that the same bathroom they missed the first time was still filthy. I wouldn't ask them to come again or refer them.

The service was fair. The price was very expensive for what they do/don't do. We had Tropical Storm Issac come through and we cancelled a follow up. After it passed, I did not get back to me. I tried to reach out to them, left voice mails but got no calls back. They only spoke Spanish but it was very difficult to communicate what I needed done.

Both arrived on time...had never been to home prior.Reviewed all with myself(this was not my home...it was a gift for family) & promptly went to work. Both worked for 61/2 hours.

I contacted them on Friday, and made an appointment for Saturday. They were prompt, arriving when they said they would. I gave them direction on what I wanted done and in how much time. They fufilled my requests in the alloted time. I was very happy and I will use them again.

No services performed. Good communication. Graciela worked very hard to clear up the communication mishap. She was extremely professional.

I originally contacted the company by telephone to ask about their services. My conversation with Graciela was informative and personable and our follow-up conversations were by email. Graciella was quick to respond, patient with my many questions, and clear about what the company was able to do and the different services they provided. The cleaning crew arrived exactly on time, both were professionally dressed and presented themselves in a friendly and courteous manner. I showed them my home and we discussed the specifics of what I needed/wanted. They got right to work and worked six hours straight without a break. Each of them worked steadily, quietly and with respect for my home and the things in it. I was very impressed with their attention to detail including the lengths they went to clean the kitchen. They completely emptied the refrigerator, pulled out all of the drawers and shelves, scrubbed it thoroughly and replaced everything. They even pulled out the stove and cleaned under and behind it. The icing on the cake was when I saw one of the ladies cleaning the sliding glass door track with a toothbrush! All of this coupled with their offer to clean out underneath my 13 year-old's bed (which I declined...that's scary even for me!) was the reason for my very high rating of the company. I thought I was a good housekeeper but honestly, I'm no match for these ladies! If you're considering housekeeping services, do yourself a favor and work with this company.

They do everything from top to bottom, clean the house, change the linens - anything you'd expect from a good cleaning service. I never have to ask them to do something because they didn't do it. It's just worked out really well.
