Description of Work: My condo was in terrible shape after I had lent it to a friend and gone away for three years. Dust was an inch thick on pictures, under beds and the place was very dirty and stuffed full. | |They showed up on time and got right to work. Shortly the supervisor showed up in case there were any problems and to clarify their tasks if needed. The ladies they sent had limited English. I was okay with that because they seemed to know what to do with my explanation. | |My experience was wonderful. They are hard workers and efficient. I have booked them again and will recommend them always.

Description of Work: Service was prompt and professional. The team did a very good job. I requested ironing and this was not up to the standard that I prefer but the supervisor helped out to improve the finished product.

Description of Work: Although I asked for a move in cleaning,I received a superficial cleaning. I had to wash the inside of the refrigerator myself.

Description of Work: Needed a total move in clean. Two women in 4 hours did an excellent job. They forgot the Angies List discount, and when I called they immediately sent out a check. How refreshing to hire someone who not only does the job, but is totally responsive.

Description of Work: I needed a total house cleaning. They did 90% of what I needed done. It was 3 people. all nice and professional, but moved so many items that I am still fining items to put back in place. Certain items not cleaned because they were afraid to break. They were a help, but I need more. I also thought I paid a lot of money for just OK.

Description of Work: We just moved into a home we had remodeled so the dust was crazy. I called on Thursday to request a cleaning, the girls arrived the following morning and within a few hours two very professional housekeepers cleaned my home spotless. I was so excited to walk room to room and see everything shine. From the ceiling fans to the baseboards, they didn't miss anything! So great, and so so nice and professional!!

We have a second home n Florida and they do an awesome job cleaning and being punctual and leaving the house exactly the way we want it. Dealing with Graciella is a pleasure! They are relaible, fair price and do great service Will continue to use them and recommend to all Angie List clients looking for quality housekeeping on Southern Florida

Description of Work: Responded by answering the phone once, said would phone me back. Didn't, I called again, and said would call me back. I had a housecleaning job for her/them, no contact. Unprofessional if they are in busienss as they say they are.
