 + 1 moreJim replaced a shower door, a couple light fixtures and a ceiling fan. Then a few weeks later I had him come out to fix some things that other contractors had done. I mistakenly thought that it was a good idea to use Lowes to do some renovations. Their subcontractors did a poor job and left us with a broken door and huge gaps around our kitchen cabinets. Jim could easily have refused to fix other contractors work but didn't. He's a stand up guy that does great work at more than fair prices. I will absolutely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: Complete bathroom remodel -gutted to the wall new tub sink toilet tile floor and walls new paint Jim went w me to home depot and helped me pick out everything . This was a small second bathroom . Standard size fixtures.

Description of Work: Jim had done our home inspection years ago, so we called him again when we needed my mother-in-law's place inspected prior to purchase. He was prompt and did a thorough job with his inspection, as well as provided a detailed report promptly afterwards via email (mom lives out of town). We have and will continue to recommend his services to others.

 + -1 moreLongo Builders completed dry out and mold remediation and then put up dry wall. Jim Longo is extremely knowledgeable, professional and understanding. He worked with us and communicated with our insurance company. We plan on using him for our kitchen rebuild/remodel.
Description of Work: Defective plumbing caused leak in our kitchen. Significant water damage and mold.

Description of Work: Longo Builders Incorporated has performed all of the construction needs at my home. James has done everything from remodeling the entire interior of my home. To fencing the entire property. I have called him to do emergency plumbing repairs and help with other handyman services that I can not handle on my own. I haven't found anything that he can't do!
