small appliance repair
 + -1 moreLast year when in the height of the south florida heat, my a/c went out - again - I got this referral name from my plumber. Leonard came out asap when I called and calmed me down first of all - I am caring for my 89 yr old invalid mom who has a heart condition and was worried about the a/c running. Within a short time, the problem was diagnosed and corrections started - all was back in operating condition in short time with no mess for me to clean up and I was ecstatic. I have him here today for maintenance.
Description of Work: This company also serviced my a/c last year when ECM could not/would not correct the non functioning issue after numerrous service calls. Within 15 minutes - the problem was diagnosed and within the hour - total functionality restored. Leonard really knows his business and is super efficient, neat, and professional. Wonderful personality and upfront with all info. I have him here again today for maintenance -he is punctual and dependable. I highly recommend him.
