Company was chosen for price and because they were Better Business Bureau rated. Contract was signed the end of February but the job was dragged out till the end of April. There were several issues during the process including damage to the property but the main problem with the job is that the first weekend after the final process (tiles installed) there was a hard rain and water came pouring into the house. The company was called, responded and I was told it was a weekend and there was nothing they could do. I asked for a blue tarp to mitigate damages but was just told "sorry". Water poured into the house all weekend and on Monday they came out, blamed the leak on a place where the gutter had been removed, patched it and left. Next rain was following Friday. Same problem...water pouring in. Called and they arrived, crew actually removed tiles in the area and told me that the tiles had been chipped in too tight to the stucco which caused holes in stucco. They patched the damaged stucco and the leak stopped. Owner promised to fix the damage in house. The roof did not leak when they started the job, did not leak after the dry In, and only leaked after the tile installation. It took two weeks to get them back out to replace the tiles they had removed to fix the damage. After several attempts to get them out to take care of the damage in the home I had no choice but to contract a remediation company to replace the damaged drywall. After I filed a report with the BBB, the company responded that they would take care of it when I sent the bill (which had been sent certified mail months before) but when they found out the home had been sold, they have made every excuse in the book to not pay. I have video of the leak and no one can say that it was an existing problem. No one wants to spend that kind of money and go from a roof that does not leak to one that does. Very unprofessional and an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.
