Description of Work: We had our house tented for termites. We got three estimates. Kendrick's was the most reasonable. Based on the estimate and on good Angie's List reviews, we selected Kendrick's. After some mis-communications with the office and resulting missed appointment, Warren Kendrick came out and did a thorough inspection, explained what needed to be done, arrived with his crew at the scheduled time, and did the job. He did say there would be no residual chemicals in the house, but my eyes and throat burned for a day after we got back in the house -- not his fault, but he might have warned us of this possibility.

+ -1 moreI've been using them for 3-4 years now. Anytime we have a problem we just call them, and they come here. Every three months they come over and do the yard. They do more than just the pest control they offer to do the fertilization.
Description of Work: They're doing some pest control treatment for us. And every quarter they come over to do the yard and offer fertilization and weeding and all those stuff for $75.00.

Description of Work: Me and my neighbor share an roof and when he discovered termites, we decided to have both of our houses treated. Kendrick Pest Control sealed off both houses and conducted a fumigation. The owner of the company, Warren Kendrick, showed up promptly and went right to work. This was a big job. We were out of the house for 3 days. It is a stressful situation, but Warren was so friendly and professional that I had complete faith in him.

Have lived up to their promise: "If client sees any insect we sprayed for inside house, more than 3 days after spraying, we will come back as often as needed without charge." Owner is experienced and knowledgeable. Will also provide straight answers to pest control questions over the phone. A family-owned and operated business, not disinterested call center people. Recommended.
Description of Work: Control of typical South Florida insects.

+ -1 moreI have been using the company for 3 years. Upon completion of each service, he leaves a note along with the bill on my front door. It is a smaller company which offers ideal customer service. If any pests are seen by me, I can contact them to come out at anytime to spray.
Description of Work: I have no service agreement with the company. Every month, they will come to my home to evaluate the pest control issues and spray as needed the exterior of my home. My home is 2000 square feet. The company sprays for ants, cockroaches, spiders and other annoying pests.
