J& J Quality Builders of the Palm Beaches It’s been about a year now since we had our roof replaced by J&J Quality Builders. They were extremely professional, did an excellent job and paid attention to details from beginning to end. Recently we had an issue with the leak that it ended up NOT coming from our roof but from our OLD windows. J&J was right there helping us figure it out where the leak was coming from and were willing to what it took to fix it, if it had something to do with our roof. I would highly recommend that them! The entire team at JJ was awesome. I really like the approach they took to evaluate what a needed, a new roof and a rebuilt Chimney, (thank yo JJ that chimney was a disaster on the inside) and the detail they provided me on what and how they were going to do it. In particular, I could also tell they really cared bout me a person. In the midst of beginning the roof a tropical storm/Hurricane was approaching the area. I asked them to go up and move the very heavy shingle bundles off the roof to make me feel better. They didn't even hesitate and had someone out there within a few hours. That is real customer service after you have already signed a contract. The roof and chimney look great I guarantee I will use the again.

I hired JJ Quality Builders to repair a leak in my tile roof. I'm very satisfied with the company. I would like to especially commend their employee "Rubin" who was exactly on time, did a fantastic job, was very knowledgeable and professional.

Working with James was great. I had a roof leak that simply wasn't getting fixed with other roofers. He responded to my request quickly where others didn't even bother to call back. Did a thorough inspection of the roof area and provided an estimate. Discovered things that other roofers had missed. Prompt service. Very professional job and so far that roof has not leaked through many storms and it has been over 6 months - even through the hurricane. Also gave a warranty that was longer than others for the repairs. Reasonably priced - he explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend if you want an honest professional and good work product

They did an excellent job but it took much longer than promised (I signed in March and they started in July). One excuse after another and then I was told I misunderstood that it was 4-6 weeks from the time permits were pulled which I was never told when I signed the contract. They did not put up a tarp even though I requested one. They offered to do a temporary patch for $800 so I had to put up the tarp myself.

Ahead of schedule and plan customized to our house. Very satisfied with the work. James was great to work with and very responsive.

From the first contact and inspection and estimate, to keeping me informed of scheduling and permitting, JJ Quality Builders and its staff were great. On the day when work was supposed to start, they showed up 30 minutes early with a very large crew and replaced entire flat roof in 12 hours of work! With such large crew on my property and South FL summer rain threat that comes with replacing a flat roof, they did an amazing job. I did not for once have a need to get out and ask for a foreman to demand that they change or do something. They thought of everything, did an amazing job cleaning up (when they say they will leave the property in pristine condition, they mean it), scheduled the inspections for next day and closed the permits. They delivered all of the documentation upon the final payment, including the warranty. I would highly recommend them! They really mean QUALITY BUILDERS! I am so happy with the quality of their work that I am hiring them now for additional work.

They did an excellent job. The employee that I dealt with (James) was extremely professional, and personable. There were no questions that he could not answer. He was defiantly on top of the business/job (Knew what he was doing). This was my first time using this company, and would recommend them!

For anyone in South Florida that needs any roofing work this young company has the market crushed!! With all the heavy rains and having a deadline-these guys "GOT er' DONE" in 1 DAY! The professional and personal attention to detail is OUTSTANDING.!! I would highly recommend them without hesitation. It is very rare to find this level of integrity and hard work these days. This TEAM is worth every penny!!

As a realtor, timing is everything! Words cannot express my gratitude to JJ Quality Builders! We had a closing involving 4 seniors, and the company went out of its way to ensure that the roof was completed with proper inspections and correct paperwork. I appreciated being able to speak with the owner directly, because it made me feel as if my business was important to him. The amazing office employees provided everything I needed with explanation, so that I could facilitate the closing on time. Exceptional customer service was performed. I called seven (7) roofers, and James Galimidi was the only one who returned my call and offered to come out the same day. When the work was performed, the workers were courteous, informative, professional and efficient. Things could not have been better, and the price was right.

I normally do not wright review but I felt compelled after the great job was completed. I got several estimates, while J&J Quality Builders was not the cheapest but they represented a good value “Price Vs Quality” (in my opinion ) James (project manager) was very professional. The process was very easy with out a lot drama and Sandy from the office keep my apprised of scheduling during the job (she was great). The Job was completed quickly in spite of the weather. The best part was the crew’s attention to detail and concern for my property (taking care to protect my home from damage) cleaning up at end of each day. It was evident the workers take pride in their work. On few occasion I would see something that I thought was not correct but before I was able bring to their attention they had already address it (an example of the attentions to detail) I now have a very beautiful new roof, hopeful it will last many years. I would highly recommended J&J Quality Builders if you need roofing work

I called after 5:00 on a Wednesday night because I noticed our roof was leaking. This was less than a week before we were expecting a tropical storm to pass through so I was very concerned. I expected to get an answering machine because it was so late, but they actually answered the phone. I explained what was going on and they said not to worry, someone would be over in the morning. They arrived at 9:00 and met with my wife. They assessed the roof and offered to repair it for now. We could address reroofing it after the tropical storm passed. My wife said they were very professional. They assessed the leak, took time to educate her on what they saw and what needed to be addressed before they started. She said they were in and out within a few hours. They did a great job! They stopped the leak and I couldn't even tell they were at the house. No sign of debris or trash around the house. It rained hard later that afternoon and the repair worked great! I plan to use them when I need to replace my roof.

James Galimidi gave a estimate for a roof replacement. Among the roofers I have conferred with; his knowledge was more comprehensive and genuine. I look forward to working with him and his colleagues when I am ready for a new roof or a repair.

JJ Quality Builders and Roofing by James Galimidi and his crew worked with me under a tight timeline and two Citizens Insurance Co. inspections. Apparently Citizens is allowed to change the rules during the inspection process and JJ Quality Builders and Roofers was there to get the job done to meet Citizens changing specifications. They are on time for every appointment. They cleaned up and took all debris away after the job was completed. I am confident that if after the third inspection Citizens again changes the requirements that JJ Quality Builders and Roofing will be there. They are here to help.
