July 18th, "NO SHOW" called and spoke to owner who advised they were having issues with their truck and would have to reschedule. I had this company come to my home when I first purchased it years ago and I was completely satisfied, this is the only reason why I called to find out why they left me hanging. July 21st, Extremely late with no courtesy phone call to advise they would be running behind. My appointment was a few hrs. late and when they left I noticed debris on a table near my front entrance, when I looked up there was a 5-6" crack in my ceiling. I immediately called the owner, sent photos and was advised he would take care of the repair. A few days later his worker stopped by to repair the damage but due to the texture of the ceiling I advised him that it would be unacceptable to repair and leave a flat finish on a texture ceiling especially in a very obvious location (front door). The worker totally agreed and was to return the following week. NO SHOW! Called the owner again and was advised that he had a call out to a repair man and would get back to me when he hears from him to set up a date. STILL WAITING! Called and sent text messages numerous amount of times and still nothing. (I have a log referencing calls and text messages & photos) UNREAL! Today is August 28th. Not only do I have a crack in my ceiling, I also have another 2 areas that have minor damage. Damage that I can handle myself but the front door area??? I had literally 3 other homes that were interested and I gave the company name, phone number and owner name to contact. Thank goodness they had not reached out because as fast as I was to give the info, I was faster to advice of what has occurred. Wow, is all I can say. Very disappointing and would not recommend this company to anyone ever again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING, UNWILLING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. Although I had used this company many years ago and I was a satisfied customer, I should have kept in mind that things do change. I should have checked the ratings. SHAME ON ME!

No show, and rude on phone when I asked when they would show. After waiting one and a half hours, he told me to relax and hung up the phone, after which he would not answer.

I called and spoke with Harry yesterday; I wanted to get a quote for new/replacement of insulation in the attic of our newly purchased (but old) home. I told him I worked during the week, but lived close enough to meet him over my lunch break. He scheduled an appointment to meet me at my house today at noon. He made sure to get my cell phone number. I arrived home at 12:01 PM, but he hadn't arrived yet. I waited 15 minutes. Still no show. I called both office numbers, no answer and "voice mail box full" so I couldn't even leave a message. I waited another 15 minutes, now over 30 minutes late for our appointment, called again, still no answer. I left work to meet this person at my home which is difficult to do, and not only did he not show, but didn't have the decency to call and let me know. Really disappointed in the lack of professionalism, especially because he was very nice on the phone and for the most part, this company seemed reputable and had good customer reviews. I understand things come up, but not calling...it's rude and unprofessional.

They came and did another fabulous job and were in and out in a matter of days. The pricing was very affordable. They were very professional. They didn't disappoint. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs residential insulation done correctly and at a reasonable price.

Joe the installer and Isaiah his helper arrived about one hour late, however Nettie (the Office Manager) called me about 45 minutes BEFORE my appointment time to let me know they were running late. Upon arrival, Joe got into my attic (which is a very tight crawl space) to check all my a/c ducts to ensure there were no holes. They also found some boxes with photos in them and removed them for me. Joe blew in the insulation while Isaiah worked the hopper outside. Once Joe came down from the attic, they promptly got out a shop vac and cleaned up the dust and insulation that had fallen on my floor. It took about 1.5 hours from when they arrived until when they left. Excellent work and customer service. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insulation.

When I had to go through mold remediation at our home and have the ceilings removed and replaced, I took the opportunity to have insulation installed. We have vaulted ceilings which were covered when Harry came to provide a quote. I was given 2 options of thickness for the insulation and I opted for the thicker more expensive product. Harry was able to come out and provide the quote within just a couple of days of my initial call and the work itself was scheduled for the following week. When the crew showed up to do the work, it became apparent to them that my work was going to be more extensive than they had anticipated and would require some particular supplies that they didn't have. This put them back a day while they waited on a supply order to arrive, but they were back the next day to get started. A job that had originally been expected to take a half a day turned out to be almost 2 full days, but they honored their original quote and I was very impressed, and appreciative of that since it so obviously turned out to be significantly more labor intensive than they had planned. The entire process with Jensen Insulation was so easy and everyone that I dealt with at Jensen was very courteous and completely professional.

Very neat and clean job. I wasn't present when they did the job and you wouldn't had know they had been there.

Look no further for insulation. Harry and his crew were great!!!! They were professional, prompt and a dream to deal with from beginning to end. You need insulation----you need Jensen Insulation.

No surprises. Everything as planned and expected.

As part of our closing contract, the insulation was to be removed and replaced. I asked for a hold on the new insulation until I could have all of the duct work replaced. When i originally contacted Jensen, they were responsive and professional. After they found out that the job was already paid for and no work had been done, I have not heard back from them. The owner told me they only do work between 8-5 M-F with no weekends. Well, if you work a full time job, that seems hard to manage. I recently took a week off work (yeah, great vacation) to complete several house projects including the insulation, which should take no longer than an hour at most. I called several times during my week off with no reply. I will continue to reach out to them to complete their end of the contract. As soon as they do, I will revise this review will be based on the work performed.

Called them on Tuesday - I asked for them to come on Wednesday for a rush job. Someone with a british accent said they would call me Tuesday night to SCHEDULE a time for Wednesday. They said they WOULD PUT AN EXTRA TRUCK ON THE ROAD TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. Wednesday comes by and I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM. SO I CALL. The british accent person says they cannot do Wednesday (how nice of them to me the customer and tell me that) but they can do Thursday. I agreed. The british accent person SAID THURSDAY MORNING FIRST THING AT 9AM. Thursday at 9AM NOBODY SHOWS UP. I made special arrangements with the TENANT for this job - a RUSH JOB. I CALL THE BRITISH ACCENT PERSON and he says he's going to CALL ME BACK IN A FEW MINUTES TO FIND OUT WHERE THE TRUCK IS. 30 minutes PASS AND NO CALL BACK. 10AM rolls by and NO TRUCK and NO CALL BACK. You be the judge - this company is AWFUL!

Prompt arrival. Workers were polite and professional. This is the second time in 12 years I have used this company. They had to reschedule my Tuesday appointment due to traffic delays, so they came out on a holiday, so I would not be disappointed. That's great customer service!

They were very good with their pricing. I liked their pricing and quality of workmanship.
