From the very beginning, he was prompt and professional. I did my homework when choosing a realtor and I'm glad I chose Jeff Tricoli. I was in need of selling my current home and purchasing a new one. He answered all my questions, even the ones that I asked over and over. He has a very calm deamenor which is helpful for a stressful situation. Even though I was ready to give up, he encouraged me and gave me different options to ease my mind. He took very professional photos of my home for the listing. Within an hour of listing, I had numerous requests for showings and offers pouring ini! Thank you Jeff for being patient with us.

Our experience with Jeff was great. He is full of information and makes himself available to answer questions at almost all hours. He is very involved and I never felt like I was bothering him. Jeff is a true professional. After my townhouse had been listed for 6 months with another realtor and never getting any interest from anyone I almost gave up hope. That is until I contacted Jeff and decided to give it another try. Within 1 week of it being listed with Jeff we had multiple offers above asking price.
