We had chimneys that the stucco was cracked and peeling off. They did a great job on a very physically difficult project. They were professional, fairly priced, punctual, and courteous. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Had some water damage from the last couple of heavy rains. Jeff showed up when he said he would, he fixed everything he said he would, and he seemed genuiely interested in finding out if what he fixed has corrected the problem.

I phoned Jeff on Tuesday morning and he was at my home within 45 minutes. He inspected the damage on my chimney where rotting wood had caused a leak into my home and gave me a fair estimate to replace the wood with stucco. He was at my home the very next morning and the work was completed that afternoon. Although I did the prep work removing the old wood and adding some needed filler wood, Jeff was easy to work with and he kept me informed of his construction techniques to prevent future leaks. The finished product looks great. I found Jeff very professional, easy to talk to, and he took the time to address any concerns that I had. I will certainly use him for any future jobs.

I highly recommend J Bailey Const. for your stucco needs. I purchased a home for my Mother that needed a lot of work and I must say, Jeff and his crew were the ONLY contractors I hired that did, what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and exceeded my expectations. Additionally, when the job was completed, his guys left no trace that they were there. I will and am going to use J Bailey Const. in the future. The only inconvenience I can mention is that he is not good about getting you a final invoice. That I can live with.

Called for and estimate and Jeff Bailey was out two days later, quoted a fair price, and did the work the next day. Jeff also filled in some gaps around the house where new fascia board had been installed at no additional cost. Very professional work and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

Jeff Bailey and his gang did a very nice job....They were punctual; neat; did good work; were reasonable; and honest...What else could one desire in a contractor? Not a problem for Jeff and the guys! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Jeff and his team were absolutely amazing. He gave me a reasonable quote for the repair work and scheduled me for the next week to start. They showed up on-time and were completed before I returned home for the day. The job was done outstanding and I did not even need to be home to supervise the project. Jeff even went as far as to patch a couple of small spots for us that we did not see and ask to be repaired, but did them anyway. Jeff and his crew were very cleanly and professional.

Jeff Bailey was extremely attentive at coming over at precisely the time he said he would be at my home. He did a tour with me around my home and suggested a few options. He said we did not have to replace the entire band as some of it was good for another 5-7 years. he suggested we hit the areas that were bad and then move from there. He kept the homeowners interest at mind without suggesting a course of action that would cheat me. He was very realistic and honest. His work is extremely warranted. He did it in a shorter amount of time than he had expected. He asked if it would be painted and I was so pleased with his first work that I had him do the painting. He was extremely neat and cleaned up about the job. On a scale from 1-10 I would give his attention to detail 11.5. The price was appropriate., it was by no means gouging and I felt it was very fair. He did have helpers (2 others) when it was necessary, but he did some work alone. He was sure to get it done in a very reasonable time. He also asked me if there were any other jobs I had and I am going to offer him to bid on a few other jobs as well.

Work was completed in 1 day. Workers were very professional & experts at their jobs. They cleaned up after the work was completed.
