Jeff was very responsive and easy to work with. This was a project that required some planning between myself and Jeff due to some of the work being done by me. Jeff was happy to offer suggestions and even visited several times for consultation. His guys were prompt, even doing the job a day early. Worksite was left clean and the quality was second to none. I have had many bad experiences with contractors so I am always very skeptical, but with Jeff I was confident he was straight up. And he was. Overall, I would not recommend doing business with this vendor. After reviewing the work I wanted done to the home, I was promised a written estimate. After waiting almost a week and a half for the estimate, I called him back. The story I got was "I dont know what happened! I have your information written down in my schedule book right here. I never do this! I will have your estimate right over to you." I have now waited another week and a half, and have gotten nothing. Sent 2 text messages to the phone number I was given, and again, nothing. If they didnt want the job, or were too busy, then just say so. Honesty goes a long way. Given the treatment I received, I am suspect as to how he has such a high rating. I can tell you from my experience, its not deserved.

When I first contacted J. Bailey's they were quick to come out to give me an estimate. I met with Jeff on 7/29/2014 and he said he would write it up and email a copy to me. After waiting 2 days, I called him back on 7/31/2014 and he said he didn't understand why I hadn't received it, but he would correct this when he returned to the office. Not hearing from him again, I called on 8/4/2014 to see what happened. It is now 8/7/2104, still nothing. I would not recommend him.

Jeff showed up when he was supposed to and the job was performed as promised and we are completely satisfied. Will definitely consider using him for future projects.

The work did not seem to me to be of the highest quality. The stucco was not square in places. It had wavy lines. When I pointed out some of my concerns, he gave what I thought was a excuse for poor workmanship. Then, he barely fixed the problem.

Mr. Bailey responded quickly to my inquiry, came out and gave me an estimate and had the work done within the week. The work looks great. I will be using this company again in the future for further repairs.

The stucco men did a fabulous job. Beautiful work. Nice to talk to. Cleaned up every scrap! Not an easy job since the guys had to lay on their backs most of the day to apply the stucco up under the eaves. The painter also did a super job priming and painting the new stucco. We couldn't be happier with the whole job and are so glad for Angie's List since that is how we found J. Bailey Construc./Stuccco. All of Bailey's work was done before the tilers came back to finish the roof. We highly recommend this company for stucco work! Our neighbor had a similar area stuccoed by another company and the pattern does not match the rest of the house - the repair work sticks our like a sore thumb. J. Bailey's work matches the stucco on the rest of our house perfectly. Super quality work.

Jeff Bailey came to my residence in the first week of December 2013 for a quote to stucco the entire outside walls. He examined the exterior walls and took some measurements. He also provide me a verbal estimate but said he would provide an accurate quote in writing. We had a cordial conversation during which I requested he send the quote via email. I never received a quote, email message or phone call in regards to the work needed to be done. On December 17, 2013 a woman Lisa Bailey contacted me via Angie?s List. It was evident she did not know about Jeff coming out to the residence. Communication is one issue lacking at his firm. I wonder how his company has received so many favorable reviews on Angie?s List. I am still looking for a company that would side my home in stucco.

Got a relatively fast quote, and the job was done punctually. They worked very cleanly and carefully. Ceiling repair was done first. Apex of the ceiling had not been installed correctly, and was cracking. Also, some other cracks and lifting tape. The work was done so well, I can't imagine that anyone will ever know that there was work done. The knock-down finish is a perfect match, blended perfectly with the rest of the ceiling. Very pleased. . Outside work was done thoroughly. There was a crack, and stucco was separating from wall where a poor job was done blending with an addition. The lifting stucco was removed, mesh was put in place, and all cracks were beautifully repaired. Matches the finish with the rest of the house. Extremely pleased.

Jeff Hung some shutters for me. He is always on time, very reasonably priced and reliable. I trust him with my home.

I was promised I would have a quote in a few days, on the third day I called him and he assured me that I would have the quote the next day. No Show no Quote, I have not received a call or any information. This is not good for me or your listing. I would not use this company. However, I am still looking for a company that would side my home with either stucco or vinyl. Rod Sweet

Repaired stucco by window line. He did an excellent job!! I am now in process of coordinating our calendars so that he can come back to the house and paint the area that he repaired.

They were punctual professional and cleaned up afterwards. I'm very happy with the job.

I called Jeff on Saturday morning and he was at my house on Saturday afternoon doing a detailed evaluation of what needed to be done. By Monday morning I had a quote (which I liked and approved immediately) and he had his crew working by Friday. They worked all weekend and the job was finished by Tuesday. Did an amazing job, cleaned up their mess and were very professional and accommodating. Jeff was very helpful in working with us to make decisions, very understanding and knowledgeable. Given my previous experiences with Florida contractors, I wish I had met Jeff many years ago!!

Replastered damaged ceiling in our 1925 house and matched the ceiling texture perfectly.

Jeff showed up a day earlier than expected, which is rare in South FL. Finished quickly and was very neat. Also offered advice on other work around my house. He was polite and very professional. Price , I thought, was reasonable.

Jeff was great. Contacted me promptly from my initial call and gave me a great price. His crew started the day after I told him I was ready. Total project was completed within 8 days. The crew was very professional. They cleaned up each day and did a great job of cleaning up when the project was complete. The work they did was outstanding. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Jeff by searching plaster companies & stucco. He came out only four hours after I called, same day, and gave me a price. He returned the following morning to do the work, and was finished by 3PM. Jeff was really great about explaining what my problems were, and how he was going to fix them. He was professional but friendly, and involved me as a spectator as much as I wanted to be. The hard part was going to be trying to get the patch to match the existing texture. My house is almost 90 years old & ways of making things look the ways the did were different then--different materials & techniques from what are used now, but he matched his repair with the historic look seamlessly. Once I paint you are not going to know a patch job was done. As far as I'm concerned, the price was really great, even under my budget, and yes, I'd use him again.
