+ -1 moreStrong winds had blown some metal artwork from an outside wall. The hanging hook was torn off and the piece was bent when it hit the ground. We clearly needed someone who had welding equipment. Our initial searches turned up empty. When we checked with Angie's List, we discovered Ironartman. I explained our situation over the phone and he asked that we bring it to him so he could determine whether or not he could help. On our visit he said that he thought he could do the job, gave me a price and said he would call when finished. Two days later we picked up our artwork and were very pleased with the work that was done.
Description of Work: Repaired a damaged metal hanging.

+ 0 moreContacted Gerry Jamison owner/welder, came out right away. Gerry explained everything he was going to do. Took the gate back to his shop and returned it finished on the day promised. Excellent work, looks like new again. Gerry is very nice, professional, and trustworthy. I would use him again in the future and recommed him to others.
Description of Work: Refurbish iron decoratrive double entry gate. Repair rust, weld, restain and paint.

Description of Work: Custom made "branch" for hanging ornamental artifacts for our kitchen: we do not remember exact date this was done. Mr Jamison added a piece of sculpture to the branch that fit perfectly in the design. We also commissioned a metal sculpture of a hummingbird feeding from a flower (painted) for a gift. The sculpture was designed to hang on a wall. The recipients were very pleased. Also, in the past Mr Jamison has donated metal art to the Autism Project of Palm Beach County annual auction. Artwork included sculptures of animals and more abstract pieces. We have only purchased small sculptures so far, but we know larger items are available.
