EXCELLENT - DETAILS ABOVE.
Description of Work: INITIALLY WILSON THE OWNER AND PRESIDENT WALKED US THROUGH OUR ENTIRE FIRST HOME BUYING PROCESS A FEW YEARS AGO (WHICH TOOK 2 YEARS) AND GOT US A GREAT RATE ON A CONVENTIONAL LOAN. NOW WE JUST WENT OVER OUR OPTIONS AND HE WAS HAPPY TO SAY WE ARE STILL AT THE BEST RATE WE CAN GET. HE EVEN LOOKED AT OUR CREDIT REPORTS AND SCORES, AND GAVE US ADVICE TO MAKE THEM BETTER. HE IS A PRIVATE LENDER SO CAN LOOK AT VARIOUS BANKS AND MORTGAGE COMPANIES TO SERVICE OUR LOAN. MORE OPTIONS EQUALS A BETTER DEAL AND PERSONAL SERVICE TO BOOT.
