Initially he was friendly and professional as we set up an appointmnent for the next morning at between 9:30 AM & 10:00 AM. At 11:00 AM I called to see where he was. Turned out his kid was sick and he didn't have my phone number so I gave him the phone number which he repeated. We rescheduled for 6:30 PM the same day. At 7:30 PM I called him to find out where he was and he said he had been busy installing insulation all day in an attic. I asked why he didn't call me to reschedule and he said it was just a refrigerator repair and maybe I should find someone else. Needless to say I will find someone else and so should you.
Description of Work: I called for a refrigerator repair but the appointment was missed repeatedly.

I find it interesting that you missed the portion where I explained that appliance repairs are NOT the bulk of my business. While I tried to accomodate every customer, when you have indicated UP FRONT that you do not want to spend more than a certain amount - by your description of the job this is not something I would be interested in taking on. When you do a job, you want to get paid for the quality and time of your work. I do not accept customers who are demanding and expect EVERYTHING for NOTHING. I also do not accept customers who are disrespectful. I was very courteous and explained that I was still in the middle of a large attic insulation install. However, knowing that you were not willing to pay premium for after hours work and diagnostic, I recommended that your better solution might be a different repairman. I do feel bad for the repairman who chooses to repair your equipment, given the treatment that you have shown towards me.
