HOUSE OF GUTTERS INC

I called several places and When Greg Roy came to talk with me and give me an estimate he seemed very professional and willing to get someone out to my home right away. The crew arrived 2 days later got right to work and all seemed to be going well. When they were done one of the crew members rang the door. I got my check and came out to look at the gutters. At first glance all seemed good. I handed him the check and as I went to go into my house I noticed they had punched a hole on my house. I quickly ran over to catch him ( now mind you this man could not speak English) I tried to talk to him and point out the problem and he just took my check and got into the car and left. I called the company and they couldn't have been more rude. Said they were too busy to listen to me at that time. So I stopped payment on the check. Now they got really rude. Said they would put a lean on my home, take me to court on and on. All I was asking for was for someone to come to repair the hole in my home. They also cracked the wood that this gutter was attached to. Well, They came out to my house 6/13/07 to install the gutters, and as of today 7/30/08 -- nothing!!!! They did promise to send someone out to repair my home if I would at least send them $100.00 . Stupid me --- I did it!! The estimates to repair the roof and the hole in my home are in the hundreds of dollars. So every time I see this company in the local mailer I cringe!! I would RUN away from this company.
