They do a great job. They are inexpensive-they don't try to sign you up for a contract. We found a roach in our house and called them. They responded immediately. They are punctual.

We got excellent results from Highland and everyone went above and beyond to help us.We had a major bed bug infestation in a brand new mattress. We had had the bed bugs for at least a month maybe longer. We didn't know we had them because you can't see them as they only come out at night and the only way you find out you have them is by being bitten. The doctor told my husband he had a rash and should change his soap. Not the case...We live in a condominium and Highland is who the condo association used so we tried them.Nick came immediately when we called and he explained everything in detail to us about what we would have to do and what it would entail to get rid of the bed bugs. He was terrific. We were overwhelmed, but he was so helpful and reasurring. This single father came on a Sunday to help us when we saw a recurrence, which is usual in these cases. It usually takes 2 or 3 tries to get rid of bed bugs.Also Keith, Rocky, Linda and Jeannie from Highland were all incredibly helpful.This company returned until the job was done and did not charge us for each subsequent visit, which we were amazed by and grateful for as exterminating bed bugs is an almost impossible challenge.We own a Property Management business and have recommended Highland to all our customers and friends and would absolutely use them again. They will always be the company we call first.

One person showed up on time and appeared to be very thorough. Other companies tried to sell me on spending 5X as much and were only willing to offer a 1 year guarantee. I will call back Highland once a year to check to see if there is any further damage.

We contacted Highland Pest Control, a referral from our condominium, for our bedbug infestation. The infestation was a nightmare, a result of a new custom mattress purchase. We were given detailed instructions as to what we needed to do with our clothing, linens and possessions. We were given detailed information as to the procedure and approximate length of time it would take to eliminate the problem. The extermination technician of Highland Pest Control was patient, informative, professional and compassionate. He explained that the process would take time and probably several treatments. After the first treatment, there were still bedbugs, which we were told to anticipate, as it had taken us a month to discover that we had bedbugs. When we were panicked, this lovely employee, a single father of three, came on a Sunday to perform another treatment, when we discovered we were still infested after the first treatment. We couldn't have been more grateful. My husband and I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a considerable amount of clutter. Highland Pest Control worked within these very challenging parameters. The whole process of removing what possessions we were able to, before the first treatment, was overwhelming. Two additional Highland technicians were sent over to help further treat the infestation. These men and this company knocked themselves out for us. The infestation was kept to the place of origin, the one bedroom as a result of their tireless efforts. After one month of this company's efforts and good work we are finally bedbug free. It is very important to note that they never once charged us for more than the single bedroom treatment. It is also important to note that they made themselves available to us at all times, returned phone calls and showed up on time and when they said they would. Our apartment is one of 192 units. No other units were effected and no common areas were effected, all due to the outstanding work of Highland Pest Control. All of these factors gave us enormous peace of mind. We will most certainly use this company in the future and recommend them to everyone we know.

This company does an excellent job. The same technician comes every time. I have had no problem with ants since I have used this company. They show up at the appointed time and I have no complaints. I highly recommend them.
