Hello! Junk Removal

It was a pleasure arranging the service call with Frank, the owner. He assured me his team would be happy to remove everything including some old household chemicals, i.e. paint, cleaning supplies and pool maintenance supplies. Another “junk removal” company told me they were unable to do that task and I would be responsible to remove the “hazardous” items on my own and take them to a disposal site, which would have been difficult for me to accomplish. Juan and Eduardo arrived on time and went “above and beyond” to remove everything (two full loads) and made a somewhat stressful process proceed seamlessly.

The Hello Junk crew were extremely polite and professional. They went above and beyond to load the truck as FULL as they could within safety limitations! I would highly recommend to others and use them again personally!

GREAT! GREAT! GREAT! A+++++Service, Pricing, Dependabiilty, People, Professionalism. Everything was so impressive about Hello Junk; starting with the owner Frank, the terrific employees and amazing service. I was left with a very bad rental situation and had to have the entire place cleared out. I was a wits end and in desperate need of immediate removal of huge truckloads of garbage left by the renter. Frank was SO reasonable and quote was exactly what I got charged for. The job was done to perfection and I assure you it was a rough one! Frank personally came out with his staff at the exact time they stated and everyone was professional and hardworking. I cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about this company! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS A++++++ company! Frank not only provided a great service but he is truly a compassionate and kind person as well.

Had a two couch sectional that we had replaced taking up half our garage. Could not find any charities that would come out to pick them up. Called in the morning, spoke directly with the owner, he was very professional and polite. Quoted a price that was agreed to, called me back mid afternoon to update time crew would be coming. Two man crew showed up around 5:30 that afternoon, and five minutes later had room in my garage again :)

The crew removed a hot tub. They had to break it down to get it out the gate. They are proficient with sledge hammers. One Honey Do project crossed off the list!.

Oh my goodness. They were fantastic. I sent them a message via Angie's List to inquire when they might be free (needed 'em ASAP!) and they called me in less than ten minutes to schedule. Frank was delightful on the phone, and the two gentlemen who came out to help were wonderful. Great attitude, worked very quickly. Highly recommend to anyone! Thank you!!!

Frank contacted me right away after I sent an inquiry and set up and appointment for the following day. His guys arrived during a rainstorm and even though I offered to reschedule they were there to get the job done. They got it done very quickly and efficiently and even adjusted my broken mailbox as a courtesy! A great company to do business with, would definitely use these guys again!

We found it was totally impossible to even give away 5 old analog TV's and two of them were very heavy, so we couldn't even bring them anywhere ourselves. We were very happy to have Frank, owner, and his friend do the work for us. If I could give them a ten star rating I would, they were very pleasant and easy to do business with and even helped get the new TV in place. The charge also included charges they would incur to dispose of the TV's. Great guys - don't hesitate to call them!

I provided an email photo of the project and discussed details with Frank over the phone. We agreed on a price and removal date. He called enroute to the job and advised that he would be a half hour late. (Much appreciated on my end; professional courtesy and customer service on Frank's.) He arrived with an assistant and all the necessary equipment to complete the job which they did in a timely fashion. Everything was loaded up and hauled away and the work site was left in a very clean condition. I was most happy with the price and the service that Frank provided.

I called Frank and he was able to have someone come out the same day. His price was fair and the gentleman who came was prompt and courteous. I highly recommend him!

We found Hello! Junk Removal on Angie's List, and called them first because of their great ratings. Frank (owner) actually answered on cell phone, always a nice way to start. I briefly asked him if he carted off closet shelving, and told him apx how much I had. He estimated a price, pending upon what was actually being taken. He told me he would call back in a short while to make an appt. He did just that. In an hour he called back, took my info and we made an appointment. On the appointment day, Frank called on the way to our home, told us about when he would arrive. He arrived right on time. Greeted us professionally, was very careful of our property and home and a nice guy as well. He had one assistant with him that day and was just as careful and professional. These guys have done this a few times, you could tell! Wrapped things up quickly, and asked if there was anything else he might cart off while he was here. Next time, we told him. And there will be a next time. Highly recommend Hello! Junk Removal.

Their price was very good 200$ less than their competition. They were quick, efficient, pleasant, and handled everything. They were here for an hour and a half and it was hard work. They did everything I asked them to do and with a smile. Frank was pleasant to work with. I would definitely call them again.

Recently bought new furniture and needed removal of the old stuff. Called Hello Junk Removal after several other quotes. Frank was quick to respond, gave a great competitive price and picked up the old furniture within several hours. Quick, no hassles, no damage, it was that easy.
