+ 0 moreThis work is almost done and will update when completed. Hartley did a variety of work on my 1924 home just after I purchased it and I was pleased with the results. Among the jobs he completed satisfactorily then: troubleshot and eliminated severe water hammer, replaced a cracked toilet, replaced a cartridge in kitchen faucet, cleared a drain, etc.
Description of Work: Hartley removed old bathroom plumbing fixtures and black iron pipe with had split down the middle; both served a guest house. After he used his camera to check out the sewer line, determined that a new PVC sewer line was required and took care of trenching and subcontracting concrete work. He installed the new lines and added a much needed clean out for the main house. To make better use of available space in the guest house bathroom he re-oriented the shower, tub and sink; the bathroom is much more functional. He's in the process of installing new bathroom fixtures.

+ 0 moreWe have had problems with pipes leaking under our floors for the past few years and finally had the resources to have the house repiped. Hartley Logsdon Plumbing did all these repairs. Digging up the floor was a mess but they aways cleaned up after themselves. They were able to locate the area of the leaks so floor damage was minimal. Work was always completed when we were told it would be.
Description of Work: We have used Hartley Logsdon Plumbing a number of times over the years. Most recently we had our house replumbed to move the pipes from under the house. He and his crew are always on time, responsive, courteous, and thorough.
