Description of Work: A few days after gutter installation my wife called and left a message that some of the downspout straps had popped loose. We never got a return phone call. We tried calling 3 more time over the next month and never received a call back. The last time we called which was a few days ago and several months after installation we got a 'message box' full notice. This is not the kind of contractor you want to do business with. We feel like they took our money and ran. We cannot get a call back and we even sent David Murphy, salesman/owner, a text message with no response. It would have taken them a few minutes to stop by and rivet the straps back on securely.
