Description of Work: Checked to see that my unit was working correctly. Put some extra effort into checking why my unit is noisy but concluded their was nothing wrong with it. It just is. He was honest and did not attempt to sell me something I did not require. I appreciated that and would use this service in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced whole house AC system after 11 year old stopped working. Very professional. Came out and serviced coolant and even gave us free use of a capacitor buying us a few days before install. Gave great advice and worked with us regarding financing.

Description of Work: These guys are great! I came home to find my A/C closet filled with water (drain line clogged). I called and they scheduled me for the next day, even though it was the height of summer and they were very busy. They showed up as scheduled and called prior to their arrival. This is the third time I have used them and I have gotten the same prompt, professional, responsive, courteous service each time. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: They are all very nice at Glufstream. I will definitely be calling on them again soon. At this time, however, they had a very busy schedule and were unable to come as quickly as I needed. So they referred me to another A/C company in the area and they came and my problem was solved. So I am grateful for Glufstream because they didn't have to refer me to anybody - especially a competitor. But they did it nonetheless and I am very appreciative. As I said, I'll be calling on them again very soon.
