Went very smooth, very good work.
Description of Work: Replace 4 ton unit defective coil under warranty. As expected Gulfstream provided excellent service. I'm enjoying ice cold air. Pros through and through. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: We just used Gulfstream. I purchased a $69 tuneup on Angie's list. My thermostat would read 86 when we turned the air down to 60. I thought for sure he would be selling me a new AC. Nope! He cleaned everything out, fixed the thermostat. And gave us a great tip on how to insulate our attic without spending $$$$ on hiring someone. No hidden fees!!!! I used them back in December for my in-law's condo. Same deal, fixed everything, cleaned up all the water, changed the batteries in thermostat with no extra charge from the coupon deal. Awesome and friendly!!

Description of Work: I have an old unit with a slow freon leak. Purchased the $29 Angie's list special to have the unit checked. I have used them several times in the past and as always they are professional, courteous, prompt, and fairly priced. I also purchased the yearly maintenance agreement.

Description of Work: I have two rental units in WPB and use Gulfstream all the time. In this case, the A/C wasn't working (we had tried to restart it numerous times during a 24-hour period) so the tech arrived and checked everything over. He found nothing other than a high amperage load when the compressor started. Although he didn't repair anything, the unit restarted. Even though he was onsite for nearly a half hour, he only charged the $29 service call.

Description of Work: had other Co tell me I had Mold and would cost me 2100. to correct,I called G/S for 2nd opinion A nice young man ANIBAL showed up on time stayed about an hour when asked about Mold problem,he informed me there was none.At which time he went back to attic (getting a little long of tooth to go up myself). He took pictures and assured me I did not have a problem. I will be replacing A/C this winter guess who gets the JOB. My thanks again to ANIBAL for a great job and his Professionalism.
