I had contracted for this system with Gulf Stream in 2014. At the time, Jason Tota, one of the owners, had presented me with three options, indicating that the more expensive options were unnecessary and that the least expensive option was more than adequate to do the job. When I selected the most expensive option, he spent time, again, explaining why he felt the additional expense was unwarranted. Over the last three years, Gulfstream has responded to every question or issue immediately. When I called him on the morning of November 7, he had a technician, Mikey, at my house fixing the problem by noon. I told Mikey how impressed I was with Gulf stream, and he responded that he had been recently hired, and how impressed and delighted he was working for the company. Other than Angies List, these guys have no advertising. Their philosophy is to take exceptionally good care of their customers, and their customers will respond by referring other people to them and writing reviews like this. I like how Gulfstream does business. I particularly like the fact that three years after the sale, I am still getting the same attention that I got when I bought the system in the first place.

All of this work was done about an hour by Jordan. The technician, who was very professional in his approach, called in advance to say he was coming, arrived on time, cleaned up after himself, and explained all the work he had performed. Also, the tech on call the night before called us after hearing our message and arranged to have the owner call us early today to schedule the appointment.

Job went well. Took a little longer than anticipated. Wayne was very professional and knew what he was doing.

They've done excellent work for us. We've had them in to do my house and the house that I own that I rent out. They've always done great work. They helped us out with some of our issues. They helped us with our system that was still under warranty and they took care of everything. They got the new compressor and installed it, and we only paid for their labor. They've always done good by us.

I called the company and customer service guy was very nice & professional. He setup the appointment for next day and he also said you can book the service call $29 through Angie's list website because otherwise it will be $79. The service man was on-time and professional. I've told him that it might be frion issue because of ICE in outside pipe and he said might be. He looked @ the inside unit and found that fan is not running and replaced a part for $137 and then everything is fine since then. He also looked @ frion reading and found frion is enough with no leak. He mentioned that AC is 17 years old might needs to be replaced but mentioned that keep on running till it does not die. Very good company and they did not upsale me anything. They resolved the issue quickly and with reasonable price

Came once and did a complete survey and never called back. Called again and sent a new person to do a survey and said they would be back next day because it was raining. Never showed up and no one in office except a machine. Losers

They were good. They're number one rated in our list on Angie's List. They were great.

It ended up being higher than the big deal cost.

I highly recommend Gulfstream Cooling. They did an excellent job removing and replacing my air conditioning system. The workmen were very professional, polite and punctual. The city inspector even commented about what a good job they did with the installation. Very happy. The system has been operating now for about 4 months and we've have no issues with it.

Installation was perfect. They arrived on time, completed the install in same day. After install, the old a/c and any garbage generated was taken away. I was only left with a new air conditioner that is performing as discussed. Also, the rebates from Angie's and FPL were applied to the purchase price. All paperwork was handled by Gulfstream including permit and rebates.
