Gulfstream Cooling Inc. were very professional. They came on time. They did a reasonable job for a reasonable cost. It's hard to find a professional air conditioning guy that actually comes out and does a reasonable job for a reasonable cost.

Very very professional company. When I called for the appointment they took the time to talk to me about a potential problem I thought I was having and suggested I schedule for a tune up. They also told me about the available deal for $69. I called on Friday and was given an appointment for Monday morning. The technician called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. One hour later my system was checked for all electrical problems, completely cleaned and treated the drain system and coils. The technician was as professional as the person who made the appointment. I will use them for future services.

Jason called and gave a time estimate on when service would take place. He called and gave an update on when the tech would be arriving- AWESOME!!!! Steven arrived. Was personable and efficient. He explained everything he was doing as he was working. Will definitely be calling Gulfstream again to come back and do maintenance!

How did it go? It went AMAZINGLY WELL!!! Thank you Jason and Gulfstream Cooling!!! Our tenant had been having to deal with insufficient and no cooling off and on for over a month even though we had been trying to get it resolved. Once Jason and Gulfstream Cooling came on scene there was not another problem! He came, he saw, and he kicked butt!!!! Within 24 hrs our unit was replaced and there was once again cold air inside the house. This was all discussed on a Thursday afternoon service call and accomplished ON A FRIDAY!! All points were covered by Jason and we had not one thing to worry about. He took care of it all. After calling us initially with the bad news, he called us back with his options of repair and/or replace. He spent time on the phone with us giving detailed answers to each of our questions which made us feel much better about making the final decision. Doing a transaction like this over the phone is a bit daunting, but not with Gulfstream Cooling. Once we made our decision, Jason took over and crossed every "T" and dotted every "I" and made sure that all was done to a high standard. We would recommend Gulfstream Cooling and have done already!!

AMAZING. I placed a call between 3:30 and 4:00 pm on August 19th. Air had ceased to work in the house and heat index at 110 had the house roasting quickly. The person who took the call gathered the information and informed me that a tech was in the area and was available after finishing his current call. Gave me an estimated time to 5 - 6pm to have someone come. The technician arrivved before 5:00 and within 20 minutes had the transformer replaced and air working. Originally provided an estimate of $170.00 plus plus then informed us the part was less than expected (now how;s that for honest business) and the total bill was $131.00. Having done an extensive amount of repairs recently I can honestly say this company was a breath of fresh air and I would gladly use them again and quite honestly would never consider anyone else. The technician was Anibal Fong and he was extremely experienced and highly professional.

The service was very good; they were excellent.

They came out a soon a they could . They were on time and were very flexible with there time . He Found a leak in the a/c unit and gave me an est. for both replacing unit and an est to fix the leak. Very nice guy

The whole thing was such a pleasant experience from start to finish.

I needed to replace one of the two A/C systems in my home. Both are about 11 years old and are approaching end of life. I compared about 7 different HVAC providers in the Jupiter / West Palm Beach area. Gulfstream Cooling provided the best overall deal in terms of SEER rating coupled with price. Also, they were highly rated on Angie's List, which factored into my decision. Jason was the primary contact. He was responsive, professional, and answered all my questions. He, his brother and one other worker arrived on time. They removed the 11-year-old Trane system amazingly quickly and installed the new Bryant system in a total of about 6 hours start to finish. They showed me how to set the new thermostat, which is programmable, and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, a very pleasant experience; I definitely plan on using them again when I need to replace my other A/C system.

This is a great company owned by two brothers. They responded almost immediately to my situation. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They showed me the problems and the reason I needed the work. I thought their prices were fair. I chose them because they had 31 A ratings. I can see why.

I called about a frozen unit on a Thur. evening and right away Fri. morning I had Steve (the technician) at my door. He assessed the problem and showed and explained to me in detail all of the issues my AC was having and did a bit of clean-up on the unit. He then gave me several options (price ranges) as to how I could go about repairing or replacing my unit. He was very knowledgeable, honest and clean. I did not end up making a decision that day about repairs or a replacement, but when I do I'll use GULFSTREAM COOLING INC.

I was without air conditioning for over two weeks. When I joined Angies list. The best thing I ever did!! I choose three companies from the list. Doing business with Gulfstream Cooling. They went out of their way to get me hooked up ASAP. Brian & Steve are wonderful! Take it from me anyone who calls and chooses to have work done by this company will be very happy. Performance,Price,Response time all were EXCELLENT! I URGE ANYONE TO CALL THIS COMPANY FIRST, you won't be sorry.

A friend recommended Gulfstream Cooling after our A/C died. I checked them out on AL and called them. They were very prompt, polite, clean and efficient. They had to come out twice in about two weeks - not because of anything they had or had not done, just because our unit is 12 going on 13 years old. They repaired it quickly and were very reasonably priced. Additionally they explained quite a bit about our system. I am happy to say it is still hanging on, but I know that when we have to replace it I will be contacting Gulfstream for the replacement.

I called Gulfstream Cooling on Saturday because my AC was blowing warm air for a couple of days and I didn't know what was wrong. I placed my call at 8am and a technician was at my home by 10am. The technician inspected both the inside and outside unit and explained what was wrong. He took the time to show me what was wrong and explained all of my options. After careful consideration and with estimates that were sent to me. I decided to have my unit replaced since it was 13years old and it would be senseless to put more money in such an old system. The main office kept in contact with me and scheduled my replacement for Monday morning. By 4pm in the afternoon, my new AC unit was up and running. The company was very friendly and went above and beyond. They explained everything to me once the new unit was in place. They are a family owned business and put their customers first. Great customer service. A++++++

I had been using Gulfstream Cooling for all of the maintenance on my old a/c system, so when that system needed to be replaced I had them give me an estimate for replacing the system with a more efficient model. I also got estimates from 4 other companies and Gulfstream Cooling gave me the best price for a better system than the other companies and there were no hard sales tactics. A matter of fact ,the other companies didn't even come close to the price! Gulfstream Cooling was very fast in pulling the permits and installing the new system! I literally went to work the next morning and returned to a nice cool house. Which is great, because we are a busy family and didn't have time to wait around for the installers and supervise the work. They did a fantastic job and if it wasn't for the new equipment and the crisp cool air in the house, you wouldn't even know they were there! They had completely cleaned up after themselves. The technician even waited for me to return home to give me an orientation to the new system and helped me program the thermostat. All in all the best experience that I had ever had with an A/C company. If you are ever in need of a new system or repair, I would highly recommend Gulfstream Cooling!
