The service tech was terrific - he performed the "tune up" service and found the problem (a clogged line); the tech cleared the line, checked my entire system; told me everything was in good shape and working well. There was no additional charge for fixing the clogged line - it was part of the "tune up" service. He was thorough, professional and extremely conscientious. I will definitely use Gulfstream Cooling for my A/C service and any repairs.

The technician was most professional and courteous. He examined exactly what he was going to do. He showed me what was wrong with the a/c and performed the repair. I was very satisfied.

I have 3 units in the house that are about 4 years old and haven't had any maintenance performed since installation. I had an ongoing problem with one unit where the area was always too humid even if temp was set to 72. Then when another unit stopped cooling properly I called Gulfstream. Originally I was going to purchase the service call special but after discussing the entire situation I agreed to purchase 3 of the tune-up specials. The phone call was my first good sign - I wasn't dealing with a clerk that just wanted to book an appt, like I have experienced in the past - Steve listened to my problems, asked relevant questions and gave informative responses that made sense. Anibel showed up on time and did a thorough job on the 3 tune-ups. He discovered multiple leaks in one of the evaporator coils and put 10lbs of coolant in to get it working again. He took all the relevant information on the unit to check the warranty. The next day I had a quote for replacing the coil that was still under warranty. Price seemed high but was explained to my satisfaction. Andrew did the coil installation. Steve stopped by and helped for a while. I've used many of the larger A/C companies over the years but was never satisfied enough to stay loyal to any. That's why I checked Angie's List when this problem cropped up. Overall I am very satisfied w/ Gulfstream Cooling and happy to have found these guys. Will use again and confident to recommend to friends/family.

Gentleman called to say he was on his way and showed up very promptly! He got right to work (I had a leak). He said it appeared to be a bad clog. He Did a wonderful job. Will definitely has the back in 6 months for service as He recommended.

Steve called when he was enroute at the time expected. Appointment was just made the other day, a Saturday. Very prompt service since they knew we didn't have good A/C during this hot spell. Steve was very professional and personable. Diagnosed a possible leak and took the appropriate action today and arranged for a follow-up. Definitely will use them again and recommend them.

Making the appt was easy. The service person called when he was on his way and showed up on time (a big plus) and went to work. My A/C hadn't been blowing cold air for days. He looked over everything and identified the issue quickly (my wires to my outside unit had frayed then melted together so not enough power was going to it). He explained the issue, showed me the wires, explained some of the things I had been noticing (my lights dimming off and on when my unit would turn on) and why it was happening. I always like when experts explain why things stop working. He was professional and courteous. I used my Angie's list coupon, it was accepted no issue and we were good to go. All over a good experience.

Everything went well. Very polite and professional. Checked unit out and replaced relay piece on a/c unit. Checked the thermostat and freon. Would use them again.

Service received was outstanding in all respects. Received a quick response to my initial call. The repair call itself was within 4 hours on a Saturday. The problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired on the spot. ( Many company's today don't carry a lot of parts on their service vehicles) On completion of the repair the technician went over and above with respect to a number of misc unit maintenance items which exceeded my expectations. On completion the price was very reasonable and I felt I received outstanding value. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others

My a/c system had not been inspected/maintained for about three years, so it definitely needed a tune-up. After buying the Big Deal, I corresponded with Jason Tota to set up the appointment. All phone calls and e-mails were addressed in a timely manner. The technician, Anibal, showed up on time. He was very courteous, clean, professional. He got to work right away, checking all the maintenance concerns on the Big Deal list. He did a complete inspection of the a/c unit, the filter, the outside unit, and the thermostat. He cleaned the evaporation and condenser coils, he cleaned, cleared, and algae-treated the drain system, he cleaned around the filter housing, he checked all the electrical components, connections, and the compressor. Anibal was also kind enough to check for an electronic leak, and he replaced a broken pipe piece, and he replaced some insulation tape. Anibal said that the system was running well, but was full of rust and corrosion due to its age (over ten years) and the elements. He said that it will start to leak, but that was not happening yet. I appreciated that he did not use that information to make a pitch for me to buy a new unit right away. He said that it should still be good for a couple more years as long as it is maintained properly. He suggested that the a/c system gets a yearly checkup, or better yet, every six months. Anibal was a great technician, very knowledgeable and thorough. I would certainly use this company again to maintain my a/c system, and I would ask for Anibal! Gulfstream Cooling Inc. gets a "page of happiness" vote from me!

There was a $29 coupon and an additional $79. It was a well worth the money. They were here for a very long time for about an hour and forty minutes. They were awesome. My experience with them was unbelievable and I was more than satisfied. Their customer service was excellent. They were knowledgeable. They were a topnotch company.

Excellent service. We had an issue with a tenant occupied property where the air was no longer cooling. It ended up being an issue that required some minor maintenance and cleaning, which was done professionally. I trust Gulfstream for honest, timely, and professional service.

We prearranged for them to come at a certain time and they did. I had no problems with their service, it was done as I expected. I'm not faulting them for the problem that I had, they came over and told me what it was. Everything was fine.

Very prompt reply on the message board and they scheduled me right away. Anibal, the tech, did a thorough check of the system and topped off the coolant which was just a bit low and explained the operation of the thermostat to me. He did a great job. Very happy and will definitely call them in the future for any needed service.

Just had them out for service.. I can't say enough nice things about this company. Very professional . They make you aware of your options. I will keep on using them in the future.
