The technician arrived as scheduled. He called me to explain what was needed and cost. I had him work with my home watcher to gain access. Problem solved.

Jason & his team responded quickly when my elderly mother's AC system quit. They communicated effectively w/ me as I was NJ at the time. The coolant was replaced and system was working again. As the system was old, they assessed and recommending replacing it. They sent me an estimate within 2 business days. I reached out to the HOA to make sure there were no add'l requirements. Once I decided to use Gulfstream, Jason handled all communications w/ them & got them to waive the deposit. Jason worked w/ my schedule & agreed to install the new system upon my return to FL. The team showed up promptly on that date. Other than a problematic old fuse box which was eventually ironed out, the job was done quickly. The team was courteous and professional. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the work area upon completion. In addition to the new Bryant AC, they furnished a new thermostat as well as a hurricane pad & strapping. Jason made sure that the estimate included the appropriate FPL rebate.

The service staff is very courteous, professional, and detail oriented. We'd like to use them again in the future if needed.

Andrew cleaned the drain and then told me WHY the drain clogged so often. Took him maybe 10 minutes to fix the slope of the pipe! Worth every penny!

Jason was very patient and wanted to solve our problem of the ac tripping the breaker. Pricing was fair and service was top notch.

My AC decided it was not going to work today, no symptoms just quit. Victor from gulfstream listened to all of the trouble shooting steps I tried and went immediately to work. Turns out my drain line had backed up just enough to trip a hidden sensor. He cleared the line check a few other things and gave me some really good advice on preventive maintenance I could do to avoid the issue happening again. A good overall experience, I would use gulf stream again. Victor was very clean and professional. I used my credit card to pay the final bill with no issue, however I noticed he had to text my credit card information to the home office, which makes me a bit un comfortable, as text messages are really not secure. Gulfstream should find a more secure way to take credit card information. Perhaps the office directly at the end of the visit or using "the square". Can't be too careful these days when it comes to identity theft.

The technician arrived on time, explained the problem to me, and I arranged to call the next week to complete the job. Again, I called and made an appointment and the technician arrived in the scheduled time. He quickly installed the new switches, and the air is working perfectly. I'm completely satisfied with the punctuality, courtesy and professionalism of the provider.

Andrew put all his guages on my A/C unit, and saw that it had a leak. He then added 1 lb of Freon, and it has worked pretty well ever since. I had a coupon good for a $29.00 diagnostic session, which he honored. He charged an additional $45.00 for 1 lbof Freon.

The company is trustworthy and honest. We will be using them for regular maintenance from here forward.

Some months ago I called Gulf Stream AC during an emergency outage, Jason gave me precautionary procedures to see if I could fix the unit without a callout. I was impressed with the fact that they would help me fix my unit prior to coming all the way out and the expense so I used them to tune-up my AC. I spoke to Jason advised him about the previous contact, he mentioned a $20. discount for the tune up if I used Angies discount coupon, if you pay in advance. He scheduled my visit for Wed, or today between 8:30-9AM, The tech called at 8:15AM advised me he would be here in 20 min. He showed up as scheduled, very professional and thorough and also did a work up for replacement of my 10 year old unit.

Hannibal was the technician and was very nice, punctual and knowledgable.

I left a message via Angie's List on Sunday evening. Our air conditioner was not doing any cooling. By 7:30 Monday morning I received a response letting us know we had already been scheduled. Victor called to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he diagnosed our problem immediately, made the necessary repair and we had cold air again by 8:30.
