Steve was quite polite and professional. Appearance was clean and squared away. Very understanding and knowledgeable. Jason corresponded with me on Angie's Message service in a polite and fast manner. He even suggested that I choose the Angie's list promo $29 service call in order to save a little money. He did not have to do that and it is very appreciated. Looks like in the future I may need a newer larger unit. It's was put in in 2002. Steve suggested to stick with the unit that I have and monitor in for the next few weeks to see how it handles before getting a new unit. I will take his advice and monitor. Thanks again for the fast professional service. No confusion, no run around, no tricks, illusions just good and I what I believe to be fair service.

We used coupon from Angie's List for an inspection. He was prompt. Kept us updated as to time. Was very professional. He explained a few things and answered all of our questions. The A/C is relatively new and had no issues. We would use this company again.

I had just closed on a house and wanted the hvac system checked. Jason thoroughly checked every component and identified potential concerns. A very complete and professional job. I will certainly use Gulfstream again and highly recommend them.

I called them on Friday around 5pm, and they told me how to fix it over the phone (because it would be real expensive for them to come out after hours), so I did and it worked, but some other issues arose, so I called again a day later and they told me over the phone (all free so far) how to fix that. So I did and this time it didn't work. So I called again and they told me the cost of them coming out would be much cheaper if I went on Angie's list and get the coupon (who freely offers discounts to customers?). So I did and they came out for the $29.00 on Angie's list, and it was a very simple fix. We have, in the past, had people come out for a similar problem (in which was never fixed properly) and it cost us over $100. These guys are truly honest; and I don't say that lightly (most companies take advantage of people that have no idea what is going on), but they were truly interested in helping. I will use them again, but probably won't need to for the problem is fixed, and the house is nice and cool.

Gulfstream had to perform the inspection twice before properly diagnosing the problem, but once they identified the issue, they had a resolution and provided a quick quote on the repair work. Once confirmed, their response time was quick, punctual and completed the repair on time.

Cleaned out drain line and recommended a full cleaning, which we scheduled for a later date.

I would like to state that my experience with Gulfstream Cooling was outstanding. The service rep explained in detail the diagnostic testing that he was doing. The gentleman was polite and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. It is apparent why the company has so many positive reviews on Angie's List. I would recommend them highly and will definitely be using their services in the future.

OK ( evaporator coils were rusted out and A/C system was leaking) THESE GUYS ARE NUMBER 1 FOR A REASON! THE OTHER GUYS TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY 86 YEAR OLD DAD! GULFSTREAM SAVED THE DAY, GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 1 DAY, SHOWED UP ON TIME!! THE TECH, VICTOR WAS AMAZING, DIAGNOSED EVERYTHING, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED THE ENTIRE SYSTEM FOR 1/3 THE PRICE OF THE OTHER GUYS $ 2200 VS $ 6800!!!!! PLUS A 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE COILS AND THE BLOWER, THE OTHER GUYS OFFERED NOTHING! IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT, THESE ARE THE GUYS!! I was having a problem with my old system, it was no longer functioning. First I called them to service the unit and they came and discovered that the system had sprung a coolant leak and the unit was not repairable since it was aluminum coils that could not be reliably soldered. The unit was originally installed by the home builder and was not a high end unit and needed to be replaced. They filled the unit with gas to keep me limping along but I was told beforehand that it could last two days/weeks/months they did not really know how long it would continue to function, they were right two days later (on a Friday night) it stopped cooling. By this time I had three estimates and theirs was the best for the unit they quoted. I agreed to the replacement and they scheduled me for Monday morning and came by the house on Saturday morning to refill the unit again (or no charge) so I could stay cool until Monday. On Monday two of their workers showed up as promised and spent the entire day doing the install. The boss came by mid afternoon to inspect their work, and asked them to do a few minor things, but generally they had already done an excellent job before he arrived. The worked cleanly, were very respectful of my home, and you could see they liked their boss and had pride in their work. I was exceptionally pleased on all levels, and will definitely use them again when the unit needs servicing. Their A+ rating on Angie's List is what caused me to finally choose them, and it certainly was the proper rating for this company.

It went very well. The technician did a full cleaning service. We had been having issues with condensation and the drain line. The condensation had flooded the townhouse on 3 occasions. The technician recommended a automatic cutoff switch on the condensate line. It was installed within 2 hours.

They came and evaluated my A/C system which had never been quite right for ~9 years, although it had been "fixed" and regularly serviced. In the last six months, the former company had replaced the ducts (due to a persistent odor and "mold"), yet, they couldn't manage to add a $20 switch which would have prevented a severe leak, and subsequent destruction of everything in the kitchen below. The technician (Victor) came out on time and evaluated the system under one of the Angie's List deals. He noted that the original installer had not suspended the unit from the rafters (It was on the trusses, which is not code); thus, the drain did not have the required angle, and the system backed up causing a leak through the ceiling. In addition, he noted that the drainage plate had been installed facing backwards, so too much water was constantly accessible to the air stream. No wonder we could never adequately control the humidity level in the house! Excellent service for a very good price. We had Jason, the owner of the company, come out and give us a quote for a new system. By the way, Jason actually answers the phone, and is willing to explain everything in great detail. He was very courteous, knowledgable and practical. Jason suggested a system which did not have all of the bells and whistles (unlike our old unit), because we don't need them, and will never learn how to use anything that requires reading an instruction manual. We are currently enjoying lovely cool, dry air in our house for the first time in 9 years. In addition, I don't feel the "wetness" in the air that never resolved. Thanks Victor and Jason.... You have made me like this house again, and confirmed that good companies are still out there ready to provide fantastic service at a reasonable price.

Jason and Anibil were awesome. They only charged me 70 dollars for one hours work. Other companies (like Air Boca) usually charge me several hundred. Gulfstream Air does very good honest work for a great price.
