Gulfstream Cooling is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and at a reasonable price. They replaced both of my systems in one day using three and sometimes two technicians.

That worked out very well. There was extra cost, because I needed Freon in my air conditioner, which I knew because it has happened before. I think it was $45 extra. They couldn't find the leak, but I've had other air conditioner people that couldn't find the leak either. So I'm not faulting them. They did what they said they would for the $29 and I was very pleased. A nice, young fellow came out and did the work. The price was fair.

Excellent 2 other a/c companies could not figure it out. These guys diagnosed the problem and fixed the job. Very pleasant people to deal with.

I called them based on Angies list after being dissatisfied with another company. They came out that day. The Serviceman went above and beyond and was informative, helpful, clean and just all around professional. Their prices were fair and they gave me options. I am telling everyone I know to use them!!!

AC man came with 20 minutes of my call. Excellent service and professionalism. Will use this business when I replace my air conditioners.

We met and agreed on a price. I had talked to about 6 a/c dealers and based upon the Angie's list ratings and the knowledge of the owner (Jason) we decided to select Gulfstream. They came when they said and were very neat and clean. The installation of the new unit was on time and they removed the old unit and cleaned up. I am very happy with Gulfstream and would recommend them without the slights hesitation. This is an excellent choice for A/C installation.

Our A/C went on the blink ...we called around and got three estimates of A/C companies that came to our house to give us a price. Gulf Stream was the only on who arrived on time and gave us the best price. They came two days later... right on time and spent five or six hours installing the unit. The two of them were very nice, very clean in working around in the house. They showed my husband just how it worked ...and there was no surprises in the price at the end of the day. Yes, I would use them again.

Very low key - doesn't push you to do anything. Did provide a free service by checking everything out a second time.

The tech was on time and very personable. Not only did he explain why I wasn't able to do it (I thought I was a plumber) but he also touched up some grout in the bathroom that wasn't even part of the toilet area. He also looked at a potential problem in the laundry room for about 1/2 hour for no charge. I would highly recommend Mike's Plumbing in the future.

Our A/C heat was not working. We used Angies List special $29 to have them come out to diagnose problem because our A/C was not emitting heat in these cold Florida days. Problems was diagnosed but parts had to be picked up at manufacturer warehouse. Part was picked up and installed the next day. In addition to the repair, Anibal helped me with problem I had with air filter that would never stay in place. He installed some wire that would permanently secure the filter in its intended place. That was a MAJOR relief for me. Thank you so much. They were very punctual and very professional. This company had the best pricing and I called quite a few. The service was outstanding. They will be my permanent A/C people. I will be calling them shortly for A/C maintenance. I have been putting off the maintenance for fear of dealing with unscrupulous A/C people.

It has warmed up, however I haven't really gotten to use it yet. He was ontime, polite and professional.

Technician did a very good job. In addition to checking out the unit, changing filter and cleaning condensation pump filter, he completely eliminated a rattling sound that has been occurring whenever AC has been running. Very good service

Excellent service. Jason professionally cleaned the coils and explained how things worked. He was neat and took his time cleaning a very dirty coil that I totally neglected. He even helped with a leak caused by the original installer(not Gulfstream) who did not seal something. I can't remember. I will definitely use them again.

Simple annual maintenance of AC's

Fantastic service from a very professional company. They came the same day without me having to beg and dance around, they found a way to fit me in their schedule that day, which I totally appreciateTechnician came in, on time and ready to work. He was very professional and friendly at the same time. He knew what he needed to do and had my heat working in what seems like only minutes. Checked my system for proper functioning. I asked if he could replace my thermostat and he showed me a couple of models while explaining what the functional differences were. I did buy one and he installed it. He went above and beyond to make the install look fantastic. He also took the time to make suggestions for a better type of filter for my unit. We discussed a reasonable maintenance schedule for my system which I will call and set up with Gulfstream Cooling. If you don't have a regular air conditioning company I would highly suggest this company

Advised us that the duct work in attic was old and did the very best he could to redistribute air. He was able to give us more flow but suggested we change the vent for better direction. We will do that at another time and will use Gulfstream Cooling. Overall we were very satisfied and impressed with the professionalism. It is always a pleasure to have someone who understands the problem, addresses it without major fanfare.

I have dealt with Gulfstream Cooling on at least three separate occasions and Jason and his crew of guys have been nothing but accommodating, understanding and professional. The property in question that was serviced, had a service contract in place but I found my experience with the provider to be... let's just say, lacking. I really wanted a more comprehensive approach to what I expected to be done; which was service the A/C and make sure that it was running as good as could be expected. The tech that showed up (sorry, memory doesn't serve remembering his name) was polite, considerate (covered his shoes in disposable booties) and very efficient. He walked me through the assessment of both the inside and outside units and told me that for an A/C of nine years it was running as good as could be expected. I appreciated his honesty and then left him to the tune up aspect of the package deal I had purchased. He cleaned the coils and in the process, removed an incredible amount of dog hair from my father in law's former pet collie (and it was A LOT!!!). All told, he was in and out in approximately one hour; which I appreciated given my busy schedule on that particular day. These guys are great and in a region where customer service is more often a nice surprise versus the norm, these guys are spot on ALL THE TIME!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, JASON!!!

Time-effective and Cost-effective. A pleasure to do business with.

It is obviously an expensive purchase but the whole process went very well and we are very happy with our new unit. The technicians were friendly and very professional. They answered all of our questions and took a lot of care putting down runners, etc so that our floors were protected while all of the equipment was going in and out. We will definitely call them in the future.

Great- needed a repair of broken copper pipes and valves. They were super responsive and on top of all the details. It is a rental property, so they needed to coordinate with the tenant. This was a bit extra for them, but they did fantastic.Recommend

It was great. Jordan was the technician and he was great.

I was having an issue with my two and a half year old system not cooling. It had worked fine for the previous two years. Gulfstream came out and told me my system was fine, but it was a hotter than usual summer and there was nothing I could do. I had another company come out and quickly realized the system had a leak and was out almost half of the capacity of coolant. After recharging the system, it was back to cooling normally.
