They came out and took care of the issue and there were no other problems.

The owner and both of the technicians are honest, competent and professional. When the first repair proved not to be all that was needed to fix the unit, they promptly came back, fixed the unit and did not charge for the second visit. Moreover, we only purchased this home a few months ago and we were warned by our home inspector that we would likely need a new unit within a year or two, so I asked for a quote for a new unit. The technician indicated that he would recommend yearly service, but did not think replacement is necessary and that the unit should last for longer than we had been told to expect. When it is time to replace it, we know who to call for our first quote!

I needed to replace the aging A/C unit in my condo. I solicited bids from four companies. All of the bids were within $200. Gulfstream's site survey was the most thorough and they even went on the roof to look at the installation of the old unit. They made several recommendations and provided costs for three options. Steve and Jason were very professional and responsive to my questions. Most of the other vendors recommended use of a crane to lift the A/C unit to the roof. Gulfstream said they could use 3 men and ladders to lift the unit to the second floor rooftop. Living in a condo I was concerned about the use of a crane and potential for damage to common property. The Gulfstream solution was simpler and less risky. The team came promptly, performed the installation and cleaned up. Everything went smoothly. There was one minor glitch. The next day the interior fan stopped while the roof unit was running. I called Jason and they quickly sent a technician to repair the problem. It turned out to be a loose wire which was fixed and operation was restored back to normal. Gulfstream did a very professional job, were very responsive. friendly and helpful.

Service technicians phoned ahead of arrival and were prompt. All were friendly, courteous, and very neat. Explained what they were doing. In one case identified a potential problem and suggested an interim solution which I will do. Used these folks last year and will continue not only to use them but recommend to friends and neighbors. Service was provided at two separate locations and scheduling was most convenient.

Went on to Angies List and called Gulfstream. They called right back. Got an appt that afternoon. It was Christmas eve and I was afraid it wouldn't be fixed for at least a week. The serviceman fixed it in about 1 hour and cleaned up the water mess.He was very professional and polite. Very positive experience!

Fantastic service. Scheduled with Jason and Steve came out. Steve is a people person. He found the problem, went to the distributor to buy the part, came back and installed it, all in 2 hours. I told him about the non standard filters in my home, he measured them, went out and got them for me and changed them out. He also advised me as to where I could buy 1 standard filter at a low price. In fact, he called around and found a Home Depot that had it cheaper. This guy is awesome. No drama, no fuss, got the job done. Just a very nice human being too -polite, caring and considerate. He has my loyalty.

It was good. The guy was very professional. He came the same day. They were good. I needed it done that day because the temperatures were in the mid 80's, it was humid. When I called the company the boss of the company talked me through how to get the things spinning again without them even coming here. It worked a little while, the fan spun, but then it died again. They sent someone the same day and they fixed it. They had to replace a couple of parts. It was well worth it because we needed the air conditioner. I have no complaints. I don't know what to compare the price to but it was fine.

It turned out pretty good. It ended up that we had a broken coil. It was just $69 for the visit. It is perfect now. They were right on time and did the job pretty quickly. So it was perfect.

The technician Jordan was wonderful. He was also very professional and friendly. His work was very clean and he was very willing to answer all of our questions with detailed explanations. This company installed our a/c unit last year. They are extremely professional and reliable, and charge reasonable prices. They arrived on time and did a thorough check (and adjustment) of our a/c system to make sure that we have another year of trouble free a/c service.

I like Gulfstream, they have been very good. I've used them so many times. I have used them two or three times on West Palm Beach. Every time they have come up, they have been very good. Every thing they do is on time, always on time. They never miss their appointments and pricing is excellent, very punctual and if I need again, I'll definitely use them. It was more of a routine check. The drain line was leaking and they fix that. They are very punctual, scheduling is always good. They have never missed an appointment. They always call before they get there. They do everything they are supposed to, the way I like people to do.

There is a reason why these guys have perfect scores on Angie's List...it is they are that good. From the initial phone call to scheduling the work to the promptness and quality they are unlike any other. They couldn't be more helpful. Not much else I can write that 100's of others haven't already said. Look no further, just do yourself a favor and make the call. They are everything a service provider should be and more.
