This is my second time using this provider, third if you count the fact that I liked them so well I bought my folks a certificate for their service as well. They are professional, responsible, reliable and responsive. In short, everything that my folks' prior provider, Sansone, was not. I highly recommend Gulfstream.

I was very surprised how fast he knew what was wrong. The air-conditioner is working perfectly. I definitely will have them back. The last company didn't even check the attic and told me leaks are very hard to find.

We couldn't be happier with Gulfstream. We're repeat customers, and we didn't even shop around when it came to getting two new A/Cs (a 4-ton and a 2-ton) because we trusted Jason to give us a reasonable price. (We sure hope we were right.) Jason gave us lots of information before we made our decision, and was available to answer our questions. (We had quite a few questions, as this was a very sizable purchase.) He was honest that the units we chose were new technology and therefore did not have a long track record, but based on our experience with Gulfstream we were comfortable that if a problem arose, Jason would be honorable and stand behind the product. The team that worked on the installation (three fellas, including Jason's brother Steven -- all nice guys) worked hard throughout the day. It was an all-day installation, but Steven didn't leave until he had fully explained to my husband and me how to work all the controls (and we're Luddites so this may have been the most difficult part of the job for Steven!). No complaints whatsoever about any aspect of the project. Start to finish, Gulfstream was a pleasure to deal with. They're my go-to A/C guys for as long as we stay in a region they serve.

Spoke with Jason at 7:30 am explaining the problem and that we were without A/C in the bedrooms. Jordan arrived at 10 am as promised and accomplished the work expeditiously. As in the past Jordan was professional and courteous, explaining what had to be done. We have had Gulfstream not only at this home but also at our apartment on the beach. Always completely satisfied with response time and the completed work. Cost always reasonable based on our past experiences. Never have hesitation in recommending them.

I hired Gulfstream Cooling Inc to tune up our AC unit and repair the sealed area above the handler as it was getting really cruddy. Jason, the owner, emailed me and we setup a time to have one of the techs come out. There was no hidden costs for the extra repair, the tech always explained everything I had questions for, and overall the company came off as extremely professional. Later down the road I wouldn't hesitate to hire Gulfstream again.

Second year I have used Gulfstream to service AC units and it went very well. Making appointment was easy and their tech, Anibel, was terrific. He was polite, professional and very thorough. Units are in the attic and not that easy to get to but he didn't complain and got everything done and cleaned up the area when he was finished. This company is excellent and I have already recommended them to friends.

I had an estimate from the A/C company that we had been using for years, but I wanted to get an alternative bid and I'm glad I did! Our A/C was on its last legs so I checked Angie's List and found Gulfstream Cooling. I made contact through their website and Jason called me back later that afternoon. He came by the next morning and gave us two quotes for different systems. It pays to shop around because his quote was a thousand dollars less than our usual company! And I was impressed with Jason's professionalism. Our system is in a small space over the bedroom closet. He noticed the drainage issues we were having and came up with a solution to keep the system working properly. This happened Thursday. He was booked for Friday, but brought over a "spot cooler" to keep us sane over the weekend. His technicians came over Monday morning, removed the old system and installed the new one. It took about 8 hours. I am thrilled with our new A/C! Jason and his team did a wonderful job! I can't recommend them enough! It's great when a contractor does what he promises and more! Highly recommended!

It took a couple of days to get on their schedule however once they were out they listened carefully and were able to resolve very quickly the issue. An issue that had taken two visits from a previous company and a few hundred dollars not to fix. Very grateful for them and will give them another run for maintenance of our 3 business AC units.

They were good. They were dependable. They had reasonable price. They were on time.

I bought the $69 A/C tune up deal from Angie's List and managed to get Gulfstream scheduled to come out within 3 days of purchase to complete the service. The technician was on time, professional, and courteous. He explained everything he was doing as well as giving tips for things to watch out for on the unit and how to keep it running well. There was no extra sales pitch for additional items and I had no concerns that he knew exactly what he was doing. The technician checked all components of the inside and outside units, cleaned the unit and both the inside and outside coils, and vacuumed out the condensate line. He also left us with two new filters since our filter was completely clogged. Overall it was a great experience, we would definitely call them back anytime we have an issue or just need another tune up.

The technician was on time and said the heater regulator on my A/C was causing the heater to run at the same time as the A/C, so he replaced that and the A/C did work, but the fan continued to run and run. He told me that the PC Board was bad and he would have to order a replacement. So I paid him for the regulator. I didn't hear from him for about a week, but the A/C was keeping the house cool, though the fan ran continuously. I finally called them back the following Thursday, and he said he just got the board. So he came out the next afternoon. He replaced the PC Board, but it continued to do the same thing. He kept messing with it, but the fan wouldn't go off. He went outside a couple of times to vent his frustration, but he didn't curse or anything, and finally, after doing everything he could think of, he said that he was a bit inexperienced with this problem, apologized, and called the owner. I was impressed that the owner came right out. He looked at it and determined that the tech had hooked it up wrong. He switched wires and it ran fine. The owner left, and I paid the tech for the PC Board and he didn't charge for coming out a second time, since it wasn't my fault they didn't have the PC board the first time. But that left me wondering, if I paid for an unnecessary PC Board, and if my old one had just been wired wrong when he replaced the heater regulator. So I wrote a letter to the owner. He called me, when he received my letter, and told me he would refund the price of the PC Board, since he couldn't say, at that point, if the old PC board was actually bad. I was very pleased that he was so accommodating and helpful, without having to argue or say much of anything at all. I received the check a few days later. They were courteous, prompt, and professional, and even though I didn't ask for a refund, the owner was quick to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would say this a trustworthy company and I will definitely use them again.

Contacted Gulfstream at 3:26 pm on Sunday, 4/26 (the hottest day of 2015 to date) for emergent service on my air conditioner. The company responded within four minutes and arrived at my home within 30 minutes! The technician (Steven) was very professional, courteous, and competent. He had the unit running and cooling within a short time. The causes of the failure of the unit to operate, which he identified and corrected, were introduced by another company that previously serviced my unit. Gulfstream is now my preferred service provider and very highly recommended.

Purchased the $69 for an A/C Inspection, Cleaning, & Tune-up coupon. Spoke to the owner, Jason, and he took the time to answer my questions and any concerns that I had, while scheduling the service. He explained that they were a family owned business, that their employees were not "incentivized", and that the service is straightforward. The day of the service, we received a call, stating the time frame, in which to expect the technician. We then received another call, closer to the time, from the technician, himself, letting us know when to expect him. To us, this was very professional, as we did not have to guess or worry about if and when they would show. We are usually the ones who have to track them down. Jordan showed up, when he said he would and also did a great job of explaining and answering any questions. He also let us know his opinion on how best to go about replacing anything we might need to, in the future. We ended up purchasing the twice yearly maintenance, for the peace of mind, as they do have great reviews here, and because of our experience with both Jordan and Jason.

Jordan checked the air handler, cleaned the air filter, checked out the fan speeds and the T-stat. and all electrical components. Then checked out the A/C unit. The refrigerant pressure and tightened up on the unit housing, checked the condensate drain and line to be sure nothing was blocked and cleaned the condenser coil Jordan was very neat and put anything that was moved back in its place. I would be comfortable recommending Gulfstream Cooling Inc. to friends and family for their HVAC needs.

They were great. Quick to pickup the call which was after hours and were great to come out the next Monday since it was not an emergency. He was neat and did a great and thorough job in inspecting the system and advising on what needed to be done. Very honest and a great company to deal with. I will definitely use them again when needed and have recommended them to others who need AC system service.
