I called in and I was told it may be the breaker - check it and see if it was tripped. Very honest to do that as that would have been a simple fix. I was then told to go and hand start the fan and see if it ran. Sure enough it did. I forgot what was replaced, but they knew immediately on the phone what it was. Came out and got it fixed quickly. Great people. I am a new home owner and they are now my go to AC team.

We received two estimates and the one from Gulfstream was somewhat lower. However, what made us go with Gulfstream was the professionalism and level of confidence engendered during our first meeting. We were very pleased with the work done, and have continued to use Gulfstream for A/C related work.

It went great. I was very happy with the service (and regret that I forgot to write this review at the time of service), but I am here again to say that I have just purchased another service call with Gulfstream. Thanks!
Description of Work: Did a thorough check-up of my central A/C system on a Saturday in a very old condo with a heat load problem (facing westward, so massive sun). Used a ladder to access my air filter, and discovered a very old, "double" ac filter that was hidden back there behind the current ac filter. He removed the very old filter and it reduced my overall air temp. by about 3 degrees which was a lifesaver. Also cleaned the coils, both inside and outside units. etc. and answered a lot of questions I had about ac in a place like mine.

Andrew was very professional and courteous. A credit to his company! There was no pressure to buy a service plan or other service.
Description of Work: Provider checked over the system to ensure all was running properly, performing a thorough check up. Unfortunately for me, I did not change my filter when I should have and this was the issue!! Also, the line was clogged, again poor maintenance on my part. They made recommendations and got me up and running.

The technician (Andrew, I believe his name was) was very courteous and explained everything he was doing, offering tips and advice to get the most from the unit. He worked diligently, provided answers to my questions and made one feel comfortable with the transaction, not minding me "poke my nose in to learn a thing or two about AC preventative maintenance". He cleaned up his work area and attempted to upsell his company's service which was a nice touch. I would use Gulfstream Cooling Inc. again.
