I called to ask for a cleaning and inspection and they found the problem I had been having for awhile. They replaced a coil and valve with the utmost respect and courtesy and cleanliness. When I thought there were again problems with the unit they came out again and thoroughly checked out the system and the thermostat, just the nicest manner.

Absolutely, the most professional HVAC company we have ever worked with. Got to us quickly in the busy summer season. Knowledgable and gave great advice but no upsell. Will use them for life!

They came here on time and as promised. However he did not complete the job because the air handler was in the attic. The water was too heavy for the ceiling. They sent somebody out who was not appropriate for the job.

Everything went fine. They have always been professional. I've dealt with them a few times. He was there on time. He was polite. He did his job. He was neat. He was clean. The cost was a little more expensive than other people but since they did the work originally, I just wanted to pay the extra.

I had a clog in the drain outside that was causing the water to back up into the house into the air conditioning pan. Steve was awesome! He was on time, professional, courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on & how he was going to resolve the issue. Also made a few suggestions as far as filter size & other services that his company offers, but was not pushy about it, which i really appreciated! You can tell he is a very honest business man! I will definitely use him again for all my future air conditioning needs! I highly recommend him! Great customer service!

They arrived on time. The men removed the old unit and replaced it with a Carrier unit. The whole process was easy and no hassles. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone who wants the unusual experience in Florida of honest, reliable and professional service.

Absolutely Great. I've been a Florida resident for many years and used various air conditioning companies in several different cities before moving to Palm Beach County. This is the best A/C company that I have dealt with. I was first introduced to Gulfstream Cooling through Angies List and can safely say that they've got my business go forward as long as I can see. Jason and Steve have a first class team that provide top shelf service. Their customer service is just what it should be. For instance, we've had a couple of concerns or questions in the past, which they went the extra mile to ensure that each was answered. The after sales service quality for the new A/C unit we purchased one year ago has been outstanding. Thank you Gulfstream.

We called Gulfstream because our thermostat did not seem to be working properly.The owner, Jason, was very cordial and accommodating on the phone. He said someone would be at our home to perform the services between 2:00-4:00 and that we would get a phone call when someone was on their way. Around 3:00 the day of the appointment, a Gulfstream technician, Aribal, called to say he would arrive in about 15 minutes and he arrived about 3:15. Aribal was very pleasant and professional and finished the job in about 30 minutes. After he checked all the components, and did all the cleaning and maintenance required, he reported that our AC system was fine and nothing need to be replaced or repaired. He explained the cause of the inconsistency with the thermostat and advised us as to how we could regulate the temperature. It was an excellent "Deal" and we were very pleased with the service. We will definitely use them in the future.

Used the $29 service call special to help diagnose a failed coil in my air handler. Gulfstream was able to come out on the same day to confirm the problem. I opted for a full system replacement, but I ended up going with a different contractor who could replace my entire system the next morning.

My A/C was acting a little strange and i wanted to get a company out to give it a look. Anibal was a technician that came out the same day I called. It must have been an intermittent problem because he didn't find anything wrong with the unit. What I appreciated was that Anibal gave me a few things to look at if it starts acting up again. He showed me a couple of quick measurements that could be made with everyday tools and help any future diagnosis. In all, I was very happy with their work, their price, and I would gladly use them again.

On a 95 degree day and being disabled at 10 am when I called, they made arrangements to have someone at my house between 3 and 5 the same day. Had they not been able to come, I would have had to have stayed in a hotel for the evening due to having to turn off the A/C to prevent any further leaking. The A/C unit was leaking into my neighbors apartment. Gulfstream's tech arrived right at 3:05 and did a wonderful job of cleaning out the pan and inspected the unit. He let me know my coils may need to be replaced in the nearish future, but also let me know that it was a repair my home warranty company would cover. If need be, the owner of the company is accessible by phone, which is very important to me. This was the second time I've used them and would highly recommend them to others for being a top notch company and very ethical.

They were very easy to deal with?friendly, down to earth, informative, and professional. They did an excellent job and saved me $500 in labor costs over the estimate provided by the other local company that originally installed my home AC! Gulfstream Cooling has my highest recommendation!

Gulfstream went above and beyond the call of duty on this one! My air conditioner had stopped cooling. After replacing a broken capacitor, the technician noticed that the unit still wasn't working to peak efficiency. After some detective work, they surmised that I needed to replace a number of parts. Thankfully, my unit was still under warranty. The parts were ordered and on the appointed day, Gulfstream spent a number of hours installing them. However, my A/C unit was still misbehaving. A little more detective work was employed and yet another part was ordered and ultimately installed. BINGO! Now I'm the proud owner of an air conditioner that actually cools! Given the time needed to get the parts, the entire process took over a week and included multiple visits to my home. On each occasion, Gulfstream was thoughtful, professional and courteous. They answered all my questions with patience. In short, working with them was wonderful. I will happily use them again. I just hope that I don't need to call them anytime soon!

Best AC company in South Florida. Bought an older house with aging AC unit. Everytime there is an issue, Gulfstream has a 100% response call back. Have had service calls for maint. and a few no working issues - always get the best tech's

I have used Gulfstream Cooling for several years, and they always provide excellent service. When there was a problem with my A/C unit last year, they fixed it in one day even though a lengthy trip to buy a part was involved. A year later, they followed up to make sure the part was functioning properly.

Company was very responsive. Stayed in touch regarding the appointment and called when running behind schedule. Owner of company called to keep me informed and offered to come out himself if the contractor would be running really late for appointment. Waiting for an estimate for replacement cost.

Went great was just as we hoped and we will use them in the future if needed.
