I bought a big deal for this service. They were fantastic to work with. I would absolutely use them again. They were very pleasant. I had to pay more just because they did service the air conditioner. I think it was about $65. I think they were being very honest with me.

Technician was very courteous and called with a description of what the problem was. Absolutely did not try to escalate the bill which made me feel very comfortable and I will use this company again for sure.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Steven at Gulfstream Cooling. The previous night, the a/c stopped blowing cold air. Based on my previous a/c providers recommendations, I was concerned I would have to purchase a new unit today. However Steven made a simple repair, recommended a few things to keep an eye, and was on his way. The a/c is back to working great and I couldn't be happier. If you want fast, reliable, HONEST service; then call Gulfstream Cooling!!

We noticed the AC leaking at 10:30pm and it had basically flooded the upstairs. Luckily we caught it right when it started. We had to keep the AC off throughout the night because it would leak the second we turned it on. I called Gulfstream at 7:30 am and spoke with Jason. We made the first available appt, which was 12:00 and he mentioned that I should purchase the coupon on Angie's list for $29. So I did. To my surprise by 8:15 am they were here!!! Talk about fast service. Steven was professional and kept us informed throughout the entire time. The drain pipe was clogged and he fixed it. Thank you Steven! Now we know who to call in the future.

Steve called ahead of time to let me know he was about 20 minutes away and showed up within the promised window. Steve was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the two issues quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. For one of the issues he even told me that it was not necessary to fix now and its possible it could last another year with no issues and cool properly, but that he recommended I change it. When he saw I was hesitant, he didnt push or give me a hard sell. He was more than happy to do the minor fix that would only cost $69 total. I finally told him to go ahead with both repairs for a total of $169 (which also included the AC tune up) because of his demeanor and because I could tell he was giving me genuine, honest advice and not trying to nickel and dime me and sell repairs that are unnecessary. I really appreciated the service I got from Steve. It is nice to deal with someone who doesnt take advantage and wants to do the minimum necessary to get the AC up and running and working properly. I will definitely use Gulfstream again. While they might have made less money off of me this time by not screwing me and being honest, the service I received will make me a repeat customer and I wont hesitate to recommend them to anyone who asks me. Thank you.

We have Gulfstream inspect or clean out two AC units about once a year. The tech is always different but they show up on time and do a quick professional job.

They were the best thing that ever happened to me. I found them randomly through Angie's List and they were amazing! They have done so much work in my house. They were really nice. My house was hit by lightening and they have been incredible. They came out on emergency basis and were wonderful.

I was impressed and appreciative how Andrew explained that my drain pipe was clogged and he offered to clean the pipe and check the freon for an additional $66. I thought it was reasonable and accepted his offer. I felt like he was an expert in his field and not a salesman trying to sell me a new system. Because of all this I plan on calling Gulfstream Cooling when I am ready to buy a new A/C system.

This was the second major fail in 10 days. The first time, 10 days ago, they quickly replaced a defective coil, the FOURTH since our system was installed by someone else in 2009. (Moral of the story: We will NEVER again buy - nor recommend to anyone - a Rheem!) Anibal arrived the day I discovered the problem, and they picked up the part and installed it the next day. Fast forward 10 days later, and the dual compressor failed. Anibal again came out within a couple of hours of my frantic call for help and diagnosed the compressor failure. He said they would be out the next day to replace it. In the morning, the owner, the ever affable and professional Jason, called to discuss the strategy going forward with this Rheem lemon. He made a lot of sense about repair vs replacement, and discounted the usual install price, as he feels compassion toward all the troubles we have had, even though it was none of Gulfstream's doing. He could have used the opportunity to upsell us a new, more dependable system, which any unscrupulous dealer would do. But Jason didn't do that. He said that in this instance, the repair would be the better route. God bless him for his honesty and integrity. Anibal and Jordan, two of the most competent, cordial and professional techs in the business, installed the compressors in about 3 hours. After dealing with another AC company around here that is one of the largest and least customer friendly, Gulfstream is a pleasure. They don't cut corners. They do the job right, showing up when promised every time. They work neatly, respecting your home. They explain in easily accessible detail what they will be doing, then they actually do it. They don't give you excuses, they just come and do the job right. This is a company built around old-fashioned precepts: Treat the customer fairly and respectfully, diagnose and repair appropriately and do it right the first time. Having been around the block more than a few times with other companies that treat the customer like dirt, that show up when they feel like it, that make a wreck of your property, then disavow any responsibility for the product they sell, Gulfstream is like the proverbial breath of fresh air. Cannot possibly speak highly enough for their competence and integrity. Honest, hard work is what your dollar buys you with Gulfstream. Call them with the confidence of knowing your experience will be completely positive, start-to-finish!

This was a premier class service. After using several air conditioning services over the years and been cheated by most of them, I decided to try Angie's List and went for the most highly commended HVAC service company. Angie proved to have given good advice, the service response was quick courteous, and the service man even had to wait because it was Friday and I was late. Jordan did a fantastic job, he stayed with the job at hand, and did all that was necessary to get my system working, and didn't charge me a dime extra. I would rate this company A+ because they did a great job.

They were on-time, professional and actually care about the work they do.

I called Gulfstream and left a message last Saturday morning to advise my A/C was not working. I was home recuperating from a surgical procedure I had performed the previous day and was in a lot of pain! I explained my quagmire and Steven called me back. He attempted to walk me through some procedures, as he suspected my thermostat was not working. Steven ultimately came over and installed a new thermostat. I cannot say enough good things about Steven and the overall quality of service performed. He was professional and thorough, checking all the components of my A/C unit before he left. I highly recommend Gulfstream Cooling!

Checked a/c and it was out of Freon. This was a 20 yr old unit and we had it replaced. They did an excellent job.

This company has the best customer service from the young lady Kiesha ( spelled incorrectly I am sure) to the first young man that came out Aneible to give us an estimate to Andrew who arrived the next day to fix and repair the unit. All professional young people - the exact opposite of two other companies we have had to utilize in the past. Definitely will use again and recommend very highly

Dispatcher knew her job. Service tech arrived on schedule with ample notice of his toa. Fixed the problem, performed additional regular scheduled maintenance. Did the job in a workmanlike manner. left the job site cleaner than how he found it. Dispatcher kept me apprised of activity throughout the day. (this was a rental property).

By 3:00 my AC was working perfectly. There are numerous AC companies in this area, if you need your AC serviced, call Gulfstream.

On time, very professional, great communications before and during install, respectful of property, worked quickly and efficiently. This company is top drawer. Highly recommended.

Fine, I did pay an additional $144.00 for the actual repair. That seemed fair.

I am so happy with the whole experience. I went to check on my elderly parents at their condo and fond the A/C unit was leaking causing a large accumulation of water around the water heater that was underneath. I called Gulfstream late Thursday afternoon and they had someone available in an hour. The friendly technician quickly cleaned out the A/C, vacuumed up the standing water, and even changed the batteries in the thermostat. All for the $69 special through Angie's list. My mother is in home bound hospice care and I feared there was going to be a much bigger problem but the tech was very reassuring that the A/C unit (although old) was in good shape and had a "few good years left in her."

We moved into a new house, and the A/C was not cold enough. After the tune-up, we've noticed a considerable improvement. They did a great job.

We arrived at home at 11pm to find our air conditioner was not working. Our alarm system was acting up also so we assumed there had been a power surge/lightening strike etc. We left a message for Gulfstrem Cooling whom we had used in the past for a checkup. they were able to fix they system the very next day. Apparently, something to do with fuzes and a part that preempts the compressor. We were very pleased with the service.

Purchased a coupon on Angie's list. Vendor contacted me quickly and set up the appointment. Technician was punctual. Service was good. I would recommend this vendor.
