My deal was for $29 per unit; but the invoice was for $69 per unit. He did not know anything about the Angie's List deal.

Drain line was badly clogged and cleared and a part was needed to repair the condensor

My AC stopped cooling Sunday night and the house got warm quickly. Someone called me back that night and said they could send someone over the next day and if that was ok which it was. The office called me first thing in the morning and had Luis come out that afternoon. Luis called and let me know he was coming with enough time for me to leave work and meet him. He was able to fix the issue (which was a leak) and service my AC. Luis was very friendly and professional. The price was completely reasonable and got my AC running again within 24 hours. I was very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Very honest, never had a problem with them. We have been customers for years. Never try to sell me something I don't need. If you want a company that is totally above-board competent and honest this is the one too choose.

This is a great company will use again. My unit was working but no cold air. In the afternoon it would be 84 degrees in my house. I had another company come out last week the tech said he couldn't find anything wrong with my unit other then it's 12 years old. I decided to get another opinion and found Gulfstream Cooling on Angie's list. Steven the tech found the problem right away I needed a new circuit board. My air if working fine now. Thank You to Gulfstream Cooling I highly recommend this company.

Had another company come who charged me and just told me I needed to change the UNIT, then Gulfstream Cooling came and they advised that I might need to change the AC but they added freon and patched the leak, this was one year ago, AC still working.

First company I called did not do anything just charged me and gave me a quote for a new unit. I then called Gulfstream Cooling, they suggested a new unit might be needed but changed some parts to see if it would work and so far so good. One year later. Buying a one year maintenance from them.

WOW! Will never use another company other than these guys. To start out, we had a scheduled appointment for 8:30 AM. The service technician, gentleman by the name of Brandon, actually called me an hour before to tell me he was in traffic and might be 5 minutes late. If that doesn't tell you something about this company than nothing would. Whereas other companies didn't know what exactly was wrong with our unit, Brandon immediately knew and the problem was resolved!. Found him to be extremely knowledgeable. To go one step further, twice when he was about to open up the front door to go to his truck, he came to us and asked that we watch our little puppie so that she didn't run out. I applaud the owner of this company for having people of this caliber. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Excellent we have now hired them to maintenance on both of our AC Units. I would definitely recommend them.

Technician was very professional and thorough. I had been using Lindstrom for 10 years. and when I called to schedule my bi-annual service they told me soonest appointment was 3 months out. Gulfstream found issues with the line draining that Lindstrom was never able to fix.

They did a great job, like they always do. They were very professional, and I am very happy with them. They really know how to take care of their customer. Keisha, who runs the office was is very good.

Called at 8:30AM, left a message and Jason returned my call within the hour. I was fortunate they could accommodate me the same day and the tech (Luiz) arrived ahead of the scheduled time, resolved the issue, flushed the drain line and the handler pan, reinstalled the front cover and was done in under an hour! When I'm ready to replace my AC system, I will not hesitate to use Gulfstream Cooling. Try them - you won't be disappointed!

We have been using Gulfstream for several years now. Whether we need a tune up or our line flushed, they always come out right away and do a fantastic job.

Called Gulfstream Cooling Inc. the CSR arranged for a next day appointment between 8:30-9am. Technician Luis Resendiz arrived at 8:30am on the nose. He worked for over an hour, cleaning the drain line and tuning up my system. I was charged the Angies list rate. This is the second time that Mr. Resendiz has visited my home. He is excellent very professional cleaned the drain line and tuned the A/C Unit. Gulfstream Cooling is an excellent company, they installed my new Bryant system approx. 2 yrs ago. Don't faint but Mr. Tota and his company are first and foremost Honest and excellent, their pricing is competitive and their tech's top notch! The Bryant system is excellent running cool air at a minimum cost per month.

We came home and found that our system was leaking. Although it was after hours, we called and our call was answered immediately. Within an hour, Mikey showed up to provide service. As it turned out, we had previously had the system serviced and were within the 90 Day Warranty. To our surprise, there was no charge!

In all respects, Gulfstream did an outstanding job. They were responsive, professional, and reliable throughout. Wayne was able to fit the Bryant/Carrier model I wanted above a water heater, and in a small closet, while other contractors tried to steer me to a lowboy Rheem model that I didn't really want. They were willing to accomodate my need to remove the old air handler one day, and return about a week later to install the new system so that we could get some mold remediation work done - all without any additional cost. And finally, their price was very reasonable, even less than other estimates for inferior products. I would definitely recommend Gulfstream without reservation to anyone needing a new central AC system.

Jason and his team are amazing. If possible I’d rate then A ++ across the board. Extremely professional and responsive. Excellent quality product at an excellent price. I’m extremely picky, and all my expectations were exceeded. The install team was phenomenal. On time, professional, courteous, and happy to answer any and all questions I had. Once they were done everything was cleaned up, and you’d have never known they yanked out two old systems inside and out, and replaced with new systems. I highly recommend Jason and his team ........ if you have any AC needs, look no further. I’d choose these guys ten time out of ten no question. Extremely happy customer here. They earned my trust and will be the only AC service provider that I will ever call going forward. Just an outstanding job by these guys. One last point to comment on...... at no point did Jason try to upsell me on anything. In fact, when I wanted to add a second air purifier, Jason felt that one would do, and if I choose to later we could install a second one. Honesty and integrity.......... you can’t put a price on that.

Went very well. The quote offered me three options and all were clearly explained. Went with them because the price was very reasonable and the value high. They stock a better quality AC than some of the others and their package included more. Installer was on time, worked neatly and was friendly.

I came into this being a bit skeptical of all the positive reviews. I was extremely happy with the job. All contact dealings were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. And the estimate came in the lowest of the four I received. Everything delivered exactly as promised.
