I was very satisfied with the service and plan on using this company again.

The Job went great. Very Professional and I trust them they are honest and good A+++. My quote was exactly what I paid. They discounted me cause I paid them cash. System one the TOP THREE. It works so good. But most importantly while another company almost two years ago who I found through Home Depot plot tried to tell me it was finished and I almost bit. But called Gulf Stream for 2nd opin and they kept me running for two more years for a limited amount of money, Puron a couple times a motor. I was trying to get all I could out of it and they helped greatly but at 11 years your fighting time, the electric bills were getting bad and they suggested it was time. The never pressured us just gave honest assessment. AGAIN EXCELLENT SERVICE, AND INSTALLATION GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS. I m not going anywhere else. They go above and beyond. The price quote you see below is for a 2.5 ton Bryant, handler condenser whole nine yards, did in less then 8 hours.

Everything was fast and efficient. AC died when we got home from work last night. I called Gulfstream this morning and they scheduled a visit between 2-4 same day. To gte the service call special price, I bought a deal on Angie's List for a $29. Anthony called about 1:45 to let me know he was on his way. He immediately identified the problem, replaced a broken part, asked me if I wanted to add some freon (which I did opt to do) and even changed my air filter. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

Excellent! Anibal was very thorough. Cleaned and rinsed areas that other contractors never did. I would highly recommend Gulfstream Cooling for your heating and air conditioning needs. Preventance maintenance is key!

the employee was great. I had left a message and got a call within 30 minutes. The service provided was great and I can now get through the weekend and be comfortable in my home till Monday when I can have the part replaced

The service tech was punctual, cordial and knowledgeable. He spent at least an hour on each unit ensuring that it was running properly, clean and ready for the hot Florida summer. The only issue that I had is that the safety float switch that needed replacing is quite expensive through them, ~$95.00. If you look online, it's a $13.00 part that you could replace quite easily. Other than that, I cannot say enough about Gulfstream and the services they provide. Top notch!

I got four quotes for the job and Gulfstream was the lowest; combine that with their AngiesList A rating, this was a no brainer. Job was performed flawlessly in the exact amount of time estimated and for the exact cost promised.

I noticed my AC was acting up less them 6 months since my last tune up with this company and so I called for another tuneup to see if that would help the situation. So Andrew the technician came out and did the tuneup and I let him know what I was experiencing. He said the problem was the valve and coil. So Andrew put in some special fluid to see if that would help before replacing those two parts. Unfortunately it didn't. So I called again and talk to Jason who said he would send out Steven as a second pair of eyes to see what the problem is. Steven said it's probably the thermostat wire that was not connecting correctly. Well, I still had the same problem but now my AC was making more noise then before. So I called again and they sent out Andrew the technician who originally diagnosis it. He replaced the valve and coil and since he did that, the AC problem not only was fixed but it quiet again. I don't know where they found Andrew, but he is amazing and I only use him. If someone doesn't believe this awesome review, test him out for yourself. Andrew is not only the best AC technician in the field but he is professional, polite, skilled and great at what he does.

Steven was very professional and went into detail with me the many reasons he thought this older unit was leaking water. He was very knowledgable about c units and took his time to explain the details of my unit. At some near time in the future my units will have to be replaced. I am confident about my choice to hire Gulf Stream Cooling to do this work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs or thinking of replacing their older units with newer high efficiency ones. Steven did not charge a service call fee since they had been here within the last 2 weeks. That won me over. Jason sent me two detailed proposals on the costs of replacing my 9 year old units AND ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCES IN THE VARIOUS SEER RATINGS. THIS COMPANY IS TOPS IN MY BOOKS.

service technician was very professional, he was on time and fixed our Air Conditioning Unit very quickly and it has been working great. Used Angie's List coupon for services which saved us a lot of money. Would highly recommend!

They were super courteous, professional and just all around nice. I appreciated that they worked hard to resolve the problem. The technician was knowledgeable, nice and hard working. Solid company through and through. I would definitely use again even though I hope my AC never breaks again!

Technician arrived within window after receiving a courtesy call earlier just to let me know it would be near the end of the window. He did a very detailed job of cleaning all coils and checking everything took a good 45 minutes to and hour. I think it was a very good value for my money.

It went great!!! It's a great company to do business with. It all starts with the first phone call to Keisha she is without a doubt excellent at her job. The owners are outstanding people & so are the installers they have working for them. I wouldn't have any problem referring them to anyone that needs a new ac or service.
