Went great. Found and selected Gulfstream on Angies List based on large number of positive reviews. Was up North at the time and my niece met the technician at my home. They quickly and honestly diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly and very reasonably. The $29 service call was the original key selling point as I didn't know if my old unit would be recommended for replacement. I advised Gulfstream of the age of the unit prior to the service call so obviously a disreputable company could have said a 15 year old unit needs to be replaced. They did not do so and worked to get us back up and running. I would and will highly recommend Gulfstream to my family, friends and neighbors.

He was very professional and unlike many others did not try and string me along or downsize my plans.

Gulfstream replaced a 2 ton unit when temps hit 94F outside. I solicited bids from 5 HVAC companies rated highly on Angie's List. Gulf Stream stood apart with their reasonable approach to what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They were not the lowest priced vendor, but they know their stuff and take pride in workmanship. I need to understand what I am investing in, and Gulfstream gave me clear and technical answers to my questions. It is rare to find a family owned business that runs so efficiently and effectively. I had major work done, it took three techs a full day to relocate the air handler in the attic and revise old drainage and electrical connects. These guys were dripping sweat in my attic that had to hit 110F+. At all times they were very professional and respectful of the property and had throw rugs and cleaned up after the work. Even after a full day, the chief tech (one of the brothers) walked me through the new thermostat. He didn't rush through the instructions despite a really tough day in bad conditions. Highly recommended jewel of the HVAC industry. They will be my go to HVAC service provider.

The experience was altogether not as harassing as it could have been. After we did our due diligence and reviewed 2 other companies. We chose Gulfstream because of the product they carry and the positive reviews on this website. The work was done when scheduled and the mess was minimal. The permits were in order and the city inspection went smoothly. When all was said and done, the place was cleaned up and chilly. We now set our thermostat higher than we did before...the difference is amazing. Great job Gulfstream!

Amazing! I called Gulfstream first thing in the morning and they had a technician to my house by 2 pm the same day. They fixed the A/C immediately (replaced a broken part). We couldn't be happier with them.

Excellent, could not have been better. The City of Jupiter inspector was just here to close out the permit and said that he was impressed by the beautiful installation especially the air handler. Considering that our air handler is in the attic and very difficult to get to... that was a testament to the fine work that Jason, Steve and their professional crew of technicians performed. We have used Gulfstream Cooling for the past three years to service our aging unit and have always known that when the time came for a replacement we wanted Gulfstream to do the job. Our old unit was still working fine but we wanted to upgrade to a new energy efficient unit and we are very happy that we did. Everything went incredibly smooth from the moment that I picked up the phone to request a quote to the clean installation (they took great care not to leave a mess). THe permit process was efficiently handled by Gulfstream and we highly recommend them to all of our friends, family and neighbors!

Andrew as always showed up on time and was professional, kind and awesome. He took care of my AC and I wouldn't call anyone else. Thank again Gulfstream Cooling for hiring the best technician in the business. He's honest, experienced and should own his own business one day or become a manager.

As expected by Gulfstream. They are my go AC service company. It cost 69.00 for a tune up and with 900 reviews, they are customer focused. They checked electrical, cleaned the drain line, checked refrigerant for leakage, changed the filter, and washed the compressor unit. The technician did a superb job and did not look to increase my bill by replacing marginal items. There were other things performed. There is a reason for their 900 reviews.

A different company diagnosed a bad TXV valve with our handler and quoted an expensive repair job. I called Gulfstream over the phone and got a more competitive price for that same job. But, when the Gulfstream technician came out, he did an independent diagnosis and discovered that there was a known issue related to our type of valve, along with a related manufacturer-covered service (NOT requiring replacement of the valve). Net result: the entire visit cost us significantly less than the cost to replace the valve and so far the A/C is working fine. The technician was very professional, took time to explain things, and answered all questions. Very pleased with the service.

Arrived on time. Provided explanation and performed the most cost effective service which was gas replenishment, rather than pushing me to change the system. Its working properly since then extending the life of the system

They were highly responsive and honest about the work that needed to be done. I felt like they were very informative and answered any questions that arose. They were just AWESOME. They came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and fixed quickly even working in the rain.

I buy this preventative maintenance coupon every year and have never been disappointed. Gordon was the service representative and was very informative. I learned a lot from him and appreciate his professionalism, punctuality (I was lucky enough to have someone cancel and my appointment was moved from 12-2 window to 9am; which was great for me). I like to do business with local community members (of which there are plenty to choose from) but I like having an A+ reputable and reliable AC company I can trust and count on to deliver each and every time. Gulfstream is my "go to" AC company.
