The service took quite a few hours, about 3 or 4 hours and the left the area clean.

They replaced the blade as it was out of balance made some recommendations and now it's quiet they way it should be. I also purchased a 10 year labor warranty from them. They also added some silicone to prevent rubbing of the Cap tubes (this will cause leaks down the road) Excellent customer service what more can I say.

They are the best of the best!!! they called me right back on thanksgiving and helped me over the phone and ac worked in minutes. They gave me a moisture sensor that I didn't even know to ask for and no other contractor even offered. i asked if this was required by code. they said "no they like to install this for customers as a useful add on" (my previous model froze up when undetected moisture built up). they gave me more and better equipment for less than other people who claimed to offer the same system.

I recently had my 16 year old AC unit replaced. I got three quotes with Gulfstream being the lowest. I researched the units that were quotes to me by each of the companies. Lennox, Carrier and Bryant were quoted, with Lennox having class action lawsuits against them for rusty evaporator coils, I narrowed my choices to the vendors quoting Carrier and Bryant. My research pointed me to both companies made by the same parent company. I discovered that the variable AC unit quoted was nearly identical. Gulfstream, a Bryant reseller had great reviews and opted to go with them. So far, I'm very satisfied.

Absolutely fantastic ! Jason provided a very detailed professional bid, answered my many detailed questions and his proposal was $1000 less than his competitor. The installation was done while we were away for a while and everything went smoothly. Jason squeezed us in to his schedule as our existing AC was dead and the weather was very hot. Jason added a duct to our back bedroom to get it cooler as it was not cool enough previously. Just a very, very positive experience.

I pay a yearly fee for the maintenance. It was the second half of the maintenance. Every time they come in, they're always good. Especially in Florida, it's so hard to find a reputable, honest, air conditioning company. I would use them. Whatever your problems, even if you have problems from another person, they will come in and fix it. They will take complete ownership. That's what happened to me, I used another company and got a brand new air conditioner and I was looking to put in some money into it. Even with that, the first company just did a half-ass job, caused me flooding. I had to get my insurance company involved. It happened twice with them. When they came in and assessed the problem - they were the third person that came in - I was like, "First of all, I can't believe this passed inspection and second of all, I can't believe they didn't tell you the problem." What made it worse was, I was using that company for years too, I guess they changed hands or something. The first company was just horrible; customer service, the salesman, the only people who were decent were the techs. Gulf, came in late at night, they assessed the problem, they gave me a couple of options and I'm like, "You know what, let's just take care of it." They took care of it within a day. Ever since they came in, it has just been operating perfectly. I've never been bothered.

Apparently when I got my new air conditioner installed the people who installed it failed to tell me I needed a new blower system. So the blower system and the whole system was just not working, it caused flooding, it was just a nightmare. I got sick of the first company that I used for years, they were awful. I used a second company, I had another leak problem, another small flooding, they were terrible. I looked them up on Angie's List, they've got great reviews. They came in and fixed everything. It was reasonable. I even have service with them. I haven't had one problem since they came in and fixed everything. They're great.

Placed a service call late at night trough Angie’s List and then call them early in the morning to find out they were already scheduling my call for same day. The technician made it 5 minutes before schedule. He quickly identified the problem and we discussed approximate costs before starting the job, since it was unknown how much gas the unit was going to take there was no way have a close estimate for the work. The final price was way below the minimal amount estimated. Hiring Gulfstream Cooling turned the uncomfortable event of a broken AC into a pleasant one.

The company is responsive, they send out skilled technicians, and they get the job done for us in a reasonable, cost effective manner. Definitely a company you can rely on to provide quality work in an area many of us have no knowledge of and are therefore at the mercy of the professionals we hire.
