They are amazing! My ac system quit working back in February of this year and they came out and installed a whole new system for me. The whole staff and service providers are wonderful. Jason, Keisha and his whole staff and employees.. they all are fantastic! I would highly recommend them to others.

Initial call for service on my old air conditioning unit. Determined a new unit would be more worthwhile than continue to put money into my old one. What I love the most about Gulfstream is that there is never any pressure to buy equipment or service just for a commission. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend them for any of your air conditioning needs!

This is not my first review of this company. We found them on Angie's list two years ago and have been very pleased with them. We have used them for ongoing service and recommended them to friends and family. We found them to be honest, capable and reliable.

Gulfstream dispatched Jasen promptly and he did a great identifying the noise (a nest of lizards that moved into the outside fan enclosure), resolving the problem and tuning up our A/C. Gulfstream always does a great job for us, and each of the techs we've had as been a rock star. Jasen is outstanding. Gulfstream, keep up the great work!

The Gulfstream Cooling technician, Anibal, arrived precisely on time. He was very friendly, professionally attired in the Gulfstream uniform, and thorough. Anibal took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He pointed out that I needed to change the size of the air filter I was using on one of the air handlers to improve efficiency. Courtesy, professionalism and friendliness pay off -- I will call upon Gulfstream again in the future.

The technician was thoughtful, professional and personable. He explained each of the tasks that he performed as well as the results in clear concise terms. A ture professional!

Service was great from my initial appointment to get an estimation to the installation of my outside (2.5 tons)and inside units. When the company's representative arrived at our home for the first time (he respectfully removed his shoes) and already had knowledge of our home and what type of system was originally installed. One thing I definitely appreciated is the estimation that was given was the cost and not a penny more!!! When work begin the guys were prompt and clean. All trash was totally removed....it was like they were never in my home (except for the cool air of course). It was a great experience and we will definitely use them again.

Archibald and Jonothan were the technicians. They called to let us know they were on their way (and within the time slot given), arriving shortly afterward. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and answered every question we had not only about the unit but other a/c questions we had as well. They also cleaned out the pipe then re-checked the unit to make sure the freon pressure was holding (it was). Their price for doing the work was very reasonable. Our unit is very old so we know we will be needing to buy a new unit soon and due to our experience with these 2 technicians representing their company, we will definitely be buying the unit from them. Best customer service I've seen in a long time and I'd happily recommend them to anyone having a/c problems!

The Technicians Gulfstream Cooling, Inc. sent to my home could not have been any more thorough and professional. They called to say, "We're on the way." And they stayed for however long it took to finish the job they started. They didn't mind that I hung around and watched, explained what they were doing and why. Both Anibel and Steve were the kind of service techs. that still know how to FIX what's broken, even though it is 25 years old, rather than just saying to replace the entire system. They saved me around 4-5k. For the modest total price of $620, the system runs like new, and I am back among the COOL people. Thank you, Anibel, Steve, & Gulfstream Cooling!!! They will be first on my list to call for future repairs. They will also be first on my list to give "Thumbs Up" recommendations when asked.

They called a few minutes after they were scheduled saying they will be there soon. No problem. They arrived and right away started changing out the unit. It took less than the time they quoted me. Oh, they also came after work to help me out as I couldn't get out of work early. Very professional. Keisha from the office had the information I needed quickly. She is a joy to speak with! I will definitely use them again when I need their services.

Gulfstream was terrific! Thank you, Angie's List members, for recommending them so strongly. I would not have considered Gulfstream, a small business HVAC dealer, had it not been for Angie's List. Steven, one of the two brothers that own Gulfstream, oversees installations, while his brother, Jason, handles the back office functions. I worked with both men, and both were really great to work with. Steven took extra effort to examine my failing A/C condenser unit. While I could have repaired my 10yo unit for under $500, I decided I'd rather get a full replacement HVAC system to better cool my home this summer and future summers. Steven gave me quotes on a one-stage and two-stage 3-ton HVAC systems, and offered his own personal experience with the two-stage system in his own home. After talking with other HVAC dealers who were also quoting (I got four other quotes besides Gulfstream's), I decided to get the two-stage unit. Once I decided to go with Gulfstream, I called Jason and worked out a few changes in Gulfstream's original proposal (which he happily accommodated). Jason said that they were booked up for the next week, which was okay with me because the weather right now (mid-March) is gorgeous and cool, so I'm not running our A/C now anyway. Nevertheless, Jason prioritized our job since our old A/C system completely died as I was in the process of getting HVAC replacement quotes. His crew was out the next day to install our new HVAC! I was at work all day when the Gulfstream crew came to replace our old HVAC with a new one. My wife was home, though, so she periodically updated me. No issues with the installation except with my electrical wiriing: my electrical panel in my home needs replacing (which I knew about already), so there was a little confusion over whether I could use a 10kwH or 8kwH heat strip in my air handler unit. My electric panel has 50A breakers for the air handler, but you need 60A breakers to use a 10kwH heat strip. The tech installed a 10kwH heat strip, but my current electrical panel only supports an 8kwH heat strip under current code. I told Jason leave the 10kwH heat strip in, since I'm going to upgrade our electrical panel next, and I'll have the electrician install 60A breakers for the air handler. The clean-up after installation was good overall, but the Gulfstream technician did overlook a few pieces of debris which I picked up afterwards - no big deal. I had never heard of Bryant before; that's the brand that Gulfstream sells and installs. Bryant is a division of United Technologies, the same conglomerate that owns Carrier. Basically, Bryant is the same as Carrier. In fact, my internal air handler actually has the "Carrier" label on it (I think the installer was supposed to swap the "Carrier" label with a "Bryant" label). The condenser unit (that's the outside unit) has internal components that are the same as a Carrier, but Bryant uses a different housing than Carrier does. Going into this, I had wanted a Carrier, but I've got a Bryant which is essentially the same as a Carrier. Side note: The WiFi thermostat that comes with the Bryant two-stage HVAC works okay, but the iPhone app is really rudimentary and lacks good design elements. The interior thermostat works okay, but also lacks design appeal. But once the thermostat is programmed, I'm not likely to obsess over the appearance or functionality of my HVAC's thermostat. All in all, both Steven and Jason were great to work with, and I'm glad I chose them to install a new Bryant HVAC in my home. Again, thank you, Angie's List members, for your collective and hearty recommendation that led me to Gulfstream in the first place.
