Description of Work: Gulfstream was extremely professional and easy to work with. They gave us an excellent price on a very good product. They installed a complete new ac system, both the outside unit and an interior air handler, and relocated the interior unit to a more appropriate spot. They know their business and took care of the details. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Gulfstream cooling did a diagnostic on my system and quickly identified that the blower motor controller had failed. They replaced it the next day and vacuumed out the drain tube, and checked on the refrigerant pressure. The part was covered under warranty and I only paid for the labor. They were very punctual and called me 20 minutes before they arrived. I am completely satisfied.

Description of Work: They did the AC service on the my air conditioning service. It needed freon so that cost extra but very reasonable. The service tech Andrew was friendly and very efficient. I was also able to get a quote for a replacement AC as mine was over 10 years old and the cost was within our budget so we plan to use their services for that in the near future.

(But I don't know if other companies do that. It would make sense.)

Description of Work: The air-conditioner was thoroughly inspected, and the cause of the problem was fixed. The additional charge was for refrigerant. A follow-up call was needed to make sure that the unit is working properly. I would use this company again. I appreciate the fact that they call back promptly, follow-up promptly and explain what is the cause of the problem.

Description of Work: We just moved into a new house and thought the AC was no good. He did a complete check up and told us that it was working fine. Honesty hard to find!
