Description of Work: Replaced entire heater / AC unit and outside condenser . The overall experience went fantastic two men (one them part owner of the company) arrived on time (called me prior to let me know when they would be arriving) Had all the parts and tools with them top get the job done. They were very professional and took great pride into their work. Put drop cloths down and vacuumed up job site when completed. Took care of all the paper work for my warranties. Made sure I knew how to operate the system before they left. I felt with the warranty provided compared to other companies offer, this was a great value for my money.

Description of Work: We were noticing a musty smell in our home and suspected it was the air conditioning. The technician let me know when he was on his way and checked everything upon arrival. There were two adjustments made to the system and we no longer have that musty smell. The technician explained everything and was very polite.

Description of Work: I bought a deal of the day for a diagnostic service call. Service tech was on time and very knowledgeable. He tried to get my AC to work at least until I could make arrangements for new unit, but could not . Unit was not in good shape when home bought 3 years ago, so was not surprised. | |Owner Jason came out for subsequent visit to do in depth inspection for new unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I plan to use Gulfsteam for new unit in very near future. Procrastinating and enjoying cool weather for now.
