Description of Work: I found Gulfstream on Angies List after talking to a much larger company. I liked that company's salesman, but when I tried to call maintenance, I could not reach anyone. |Gulfstream is two brothers intent on building their business through word of mouth and Angies list. They try to impress and they succeed. Good service and honest advice. For example, they wanted to sell me a much less expensive system which would have met my needs. I had to convince them that I really wanted the bells and whistles of the more expensive system. These guys think long-term and they want people to be very happy with their service so that they will write reviews like this. It works. My neighbor bought a system from them after seeing my experience with Gulfstream.

Description of Work: They gave a preventative maintenance. Cleaning out the drain line was not included, that was extra. And they didn't have any of those tablets that you put in your drain pan to prevent the line from getting clogged.
