Description of Work: Gulfstream has provided quality service to us in the past. This time I called Jason in a panic because it seemed as though our unit was not cooling properly. I called at 4:30pm and he was extremely patient when he spoke to my husband and he said he would put us on the schedule for that same day. As it turned out, the unit began cooling and we back to cancel the service call. Previously we had a maintenance call performed by Anibal and everything was great. He took his time, was extremely neat, and was very professional.

Description of Work: Company was responsive to my query and was up front with the challenges my home and AC cabinet posed to limiting the choice of airhandlers available for my setup. Other companies did not have that info at hand and was vague about what units and pricing was available to me. Once the installation date was set, the technicians and installers were here promptly, answered all my questions, and genuinely did not mind that I was so involved about what they were doing at all times. After installation, they trained me on the operation of the new thermostat and did not rush me in the least. I do not hesitate in recommending them.

Description of Work: They were very prompt in responding to my initial call even on a weekend and persistent since I had trouble returning them during Work hours. Jason advised me to purchase the higher priced voucher thru Angies list given my problem. They are a small company with 'mom and pop' service, which is great for me as a single mom. Its nice to know that attention still exists. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Description of Work: SUMMER CHECK UP. |NEEDED A NEW UV BULB. IT IS ON THE INVOICE. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! THE JOB WAS NOT COMPLETED AS I SEE IT.

Description of Work: I HAD MY ANNUAL A/C MAINTENANCE CHECK UP. GULFSTREAM PERFORMED THIS SERVICE FOR ME LAST YEAR. THEY ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL. NO STRONG ARM UP-SELLING TACTICS.THEY WILL ALWAYS BE MY GO TO FOR ANYTHING A/C RELATED. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
