I think they did a really good job. The technician found an error a previous company made. It's working a lot better now since they worked on it. I set up an appointment, I believe through Angie's List. I did not have any problem with the pricing. It is still working great. After this I probably am only going to use them.

Wayne the technician did a great job. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and had the unit running and cooling. He went one step beyond and checked and serviced other parts of the unit. I've been using Gulfstream about 3yrs. because of their technical ability and honesty. In this area, we have unlimited choices in AC servicing, but if you want a company that's ahead of the pack, go with Gulfstream. Their 1000 A reviews is well earned.

They put in a new Bryant 5-ton unit. Different from some of their competitors, they do their own work rather than contract it out. They took the entire day to to it, saying they didn't want to rush it, making sure everything was done right. I was not able to be there for the installation, but our tenant was really impressed with everything about the process. The tenant says the new unit is able to cool rooms that were always too warm in the past.

Very Well. Serviced the coils, cleaned , blew out drainage pipe. All done within an hour and very professionally done.

Some of the things I had purchased on my air conditioner, even though I didn't purchase it through them, they said can still be under warranty for some things. They look independently on their own, and they were under warranty, and they saved me a lot of money. I am talking about thousand of dollars they saved me. That is why I have their name in my book. They are an excellent company, and went the extra mile. They were excellent. It made me an loyal fan. The price could have been over a thousand, maybe two thousand. I will say for this maybe a thousand. It could have been more. They had the right amount of people. They were punctual, tidy, responsive, everything. In my previous years of using other air conditioner people, some of the same people are working for them now. It was a good person, and now they are working for this company. Liked people are good people.

They had to order the parts, and get the serial number for the unit itself, and they had to look into it, bla bla bla. I called them out for an immediate problem, and when they were here, and I asked what things were on the horizon for this unit. They said, we might need to replace this and that, like an motor for it. I asked, I wonder if I am under warranty. He said, let's check it out. That is what they did, and it They was still under warranty, and they replaced the motor. They would always give me an written estimate before any of the work was done. They also gave me old parts that no longer functioning. I thought was good, because a lot of times they would pocket the parts themselves, but they wanted me to know which part was not working. Being a woman, I don't know about these things, and they were extremely good. I didn't know what an outside capacitor was, and they gave me air conditioner 101 as well. Yes, work was completed at that time. They were excellent. The estimate couldn't have went any better. Better than I could imagine.

It was all fine. I think I did have a problem with the unit after, not because of their work. I had to have the system cleaned out again. It may not reflect on them but it probably was something they should have perhaps checked but I can't say that so I won't negative grade them on that. I had to have the unit serviced because it quit working because the drain panel was clogged. I called somebody else I think that was in the neighborhood and I didn't call them back for that. I liked them. I've done business with them before and they did pretty good. They're very fair.

Was not able to use due to time... had to cancel cannot wait for service...I had an emergency... they did call me back but only had availability 24 hours later... very nice on the phone.

Split system, in attic and outside. Jason came by and explained the suggested system requirements and why they were recommended. Chery was the first to arrive a few minutes ahead of time for the install; two other team members arrived shortly after. They all were in clean uniforms and ready to work. After I pointed out the location of areas they would need to know, they went straight to work. The job, including replacement of my old thermostat was completed in less than 7 hours. After the work was completed, I was shown the completed work given a brief but thorough explanation of the system (a review of the install and warranties was given before they began). I am familiar with much of what was done because of previous employment. They did a really neat and precise installation. They also left my garage floor cleaner than it was; not a scrap of paper or piece of metal was left. Payment was as quoted. Thanks Gulfstream.
